English � Support for Spotify Connect

Spotify Connect can be supported by updating the unit’s firmware. To enable Spotify Connect, install the Spotify application on your smartphone or tablet first. Then, create a Spotify premium account.

OperationSimply clicking the Connect icon and selecting the unit on the playback screen of Spotify application will automatically turn on the unit (Auto Power On function), with the “NET” selected as the input, starting a high quality music streaming service. Be sure to set “Network Standby” to “ON” in the “Setup” menu to enable the Auto Power On function.

Notes for using multi-zone function To enjoy Spotify music in a separate room, select a ZONE you desire, then manually specify “NET” as the input of the ZONE. Finally, select the unit on the Spotify application.

Volume adjustment with the Spotify application is possible only for the equipment connected to the ZONE2/3 speaker terminals and ZONE2/3 PRE OUT() terminals (compatible model only). If any other terminal is used for connection, adjust the volume on the audio equipment placed in a separate room.

To enjoy Spotify music in the main room after playing it in a separate room, select “NET” as the input of the main room.¼ Set “Zone2/3 Out” to “Variable” in the “Setup” menu.
