In people who achieve recommended levels of physical activity there is a risk reduction of 30% in all causes of mortality

Cost of physical inactivity is $13.8 billion

Physical inactivity is responsible for 16178 premature deaths and loss of ~2 working days per year, at a cost of $458 per employee
