Special Interest Sessions (such as Allied Session, Early Career Session, and others)Designed for specific audiences, these sessions provide education and networking.

Plenary and Focused Plenary SessionsThe top abstracts of the meeting are presented during these sessions. Each abstract is presented by the principal investigator and many are augmented with a response by an expert in gynecologic oncology through distillation, discussion or debate.

Physician Wellness SessionThis session will discuss physical resilience, burnout prevention, stress management, and work/life balance. Sponsor this session to let surgeons know your company is mindful of their well-being.

Session RecordingsAnnual Meeting sessions are recorded and offered to attendees after the meeting. Sponsors are acknowledged on SGO Connect™Ed, SGO’s e-learning platform, where the recorded sessions are housed.

$5,000 OpportunitySunrise SeminarsFocused one-hour sessions feature controversial topics in today’s gynecologic oncology environment and may include topics on innovative research, new perspectives on current treatments and issues concerning practitioners in women’s cancer care.

Education Forum SessionsEducation Forums are focused sessions with invited experts for extended analysis and discussion of specific topics.

New for 2016! An Interactive Session on Global Gynecologic OncologyThis session will emphasize global gynecologic cancer epidemiology, to identify geographic variations in worldwide gynecologic cancer incidence. There will be an emphasis on the burden of gynecologic cancers in low and middle income countries, the challenges of public health reporting and examples of successful models for the development and implementation of reliable and accurate cancer registries.

$25,000 OpportunityRecharge and Reconnect CaféRecharge and Reconnect Cafes contain dedicated computers for attendees to stay connected to their patients, students and families. The sponsors’ logo will be prominently displayed in all six cafes, and the sponsor’s logo appears on a landing page that will appear when attendees first log in.

$15,000 OpportunityRelaxation Station (seated massage)Create a relaxation oasis in the exhibit hall offering seated massage to attendees. Massage therapists can wear T-shirts with your logo and you may place your staff at the registration table. Attendees love this opportunity to relax and refresh (foot massage stations are also included). Depending upon availability, the massage station may be placed next to your booth (act now!) or as close to it as possible. Alternatively, attendees can be directed to your booth to receive tickets to the massage station. Either way, this is a crowd generator and a crowd pleaser.

$7,500 OpportunityProgram BookThe program book outlines all the sessions featured in the Annual Meeting in a convenient format. Multiple sponsorships are available and each sponsor will have their logo and booth number placed prominently in the program book.

Mobile App BannerPlace a banner ad on the meeting’s mobile app to increase brand and booth presence. Promote your company’s message with a rotating banner ad screen on the mobile app’s dashboard. When tapped, the user is taken to a full-screen app landing page showing product or service graphics and information.

$2,500 OpportunityExhibit Aisle SignsBy sponsoring the hanging numbered aisle signs in the exhibit hall, your company logo, booth number and design will be prominently displayed where it cannot be missed! Featured on one sign or on all overhead aisle signs, your message will reinforce your brand and drive traffic to your booth as attendees navigate the exhibit hall. Individual aisles signs are $2,500; multiple aisle signs are $1,750 each. You must be an exhibitor to take advantage of this opportunity.

Continental Breakfasts ($15,000 each or $45,000 full sponsorship over three and a half days)A much-appreciated courtesy to attendees, continental breakfasts provide a great way to begin the day and an opportunity for attendees to connect before the sessions begin.

Poster “Meet the Professor” Session ($7,500 sponsor)This popular event, mixing networking and education, is back for a second year held near the scientific posters display and features with interactive discussions led by experts.

Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall ($7,500 sponsor)This is the first time attendees gather as a group and it’s an annual favorite. Sponsors receive acknowledgement on signage, table tents, logos on napkins and a special sign for their exhibit booth.

For an additional $2,500 ($10,000 total), you can add fun and interactivity to this event by sponsoring interactive virtual reality games such as racecar driving or flight simulation. Attendees can play alone or compete with each other.

Annual Meeting Social EventSGO hosts an evening social event where attendees reconnect, recharge and have fun. Sponsors will be recognized on signage and video screens throughout the event. Premier sponsors will have the opportunity to address the group during the program.

Year-Round Sponsorship OpportunitiesIn addition to the Annual Meeting sponsorship opportunities, SGO also offers a variety of ways to reach its membership throughout the year. More information about the opportunities listed below can be made upon request.

Industry Corporate CouncilComprised of select leaders in the pharmaceutical and device industry, the SGO Industry Corporate Council (ICC) is a means for SGO’s leaders and industry partners to focus on issues and initiatives of mutual concern in gynecologic oncology. ICC meetings include two group meetings throughout the year and individual meetings with SGO leadership.

SGO Connect Ed*SGO Connect™ Ed is an e-learning website and portal to the latest peer-reviewed education in gynecologic oncology. This dynamic resource houses a comprehensive multidisciplinary e-learning curriculum of webinars, surgical films, lectures, and other educational offerings.

SGO WebinarsSGO offers periodic webinars that address timely educational issues facing the members. This is primarily for fellows but is available to any other members who wish to attend. Corporate webinar sponsors may host a webinar on a topic that has been approved by the SGO.

MySGOThe MySGO portion of the website is a collaborative platform for the SGO membership. Members can join community groups, address relevant clinical questions on discussion boards, interact with their peers, and participate in surveys relating to gynecologic oncology.
