We believe teachers and school leaders are best positioned to create change in their schools. But we know that some barriers that are baked into our system make it hard for change to occur.

TO ACCOMPLISH OUR MISSION, WE FOCUS ON 3 GOALS:Supporting Teachers and LeadersWe help recruit, develop, and retain great and diverse educators in Nashville.

1

Celebrating SuccessWe spread the word about all the great things happening in our schools every day.

Advocating for ChangeWe push for systemic change that will break down inequities in our schools and our city.
