Greetings!

On June 12th, 2015, Team Lizzie Bell will host its 12th annual “Little Friends Remembered” charity fundraising event. We are happy to announce this year’s theme will be a Casino Night! Attending will be some of Tucson’s most active philanthropists, business leaders, and dedicated friends all helping Team Lizzie Bell raise funds for our community’s most vulnerable and deserving children. The proceeds from this event will help fund programs for children coping with serious illness and continuing education scholarships for Pediatric Nurses, Social Workers and Child Life Specialists.

Team Lizzie Bell Team Lizzie Bell is the Single Voice™ for children whose lives are dependent on blood and marrow donations. TLB is dedicated to raising awareness about blood & marrow donations for children and raising funds for education, research and advancement in pediatric hematology.Lizzie’s lootLizzie’s Loot is a program of Team Lizzie Bell that preserves the comfort of medically fragile kids at Diamond Children’s Medical Center and at the University of Arizona Medical Center with pediatric medical equipment, toys and gift cards. Through Lizzie’s Loot, children who must regularly cope with the uncomfortable procedures, have something to look forward to. Lizzie’s Loot provides toys to thousands of children per year!Elizabeth “Lizzie” Bell is a typical, 20-year-old. She loves fashion, photography and being with her friends! She was born with one of the rarest diseases in the world, Diamond Blackfan Anemia. There are fewer than 1000 diagnosed cases of DBA in North America.
