Futureproof Technology
Streamlined Architecture
Cost Efficiencies Energy Efficient
A full fibre infrastructuremakes new services andhome automation easy, soyour property will alwaysbe at the cutting edge ofwhat tenants want.Lifetime guarantee that fullfibre will meet your datademands for the life ofyour property.
The 3mm fibre cabledesign eliminates the needfor distributed electricalequipment. This meansfewer points of failure andlower fire risk. All of ourinstallations are certified byan independent fire riskassessor.
Instead of separatenetworks for broadband,TV, security, energy andother smart services, ourinfrastructure can provideone seamless datanetwork meaning loweroperational andmaintenance costs.
Full fibre infrastructurereduces the amount ofpower consumption usedby your system. This notonly means lower energybills but a reduced carbonfootprint. Research showsa fibre-optic network uses88% less energy thancopper networks
Better Value
• No installation charge for landlords or tenants
• Free GigafastTM service in community spaces
• New low cost Internet service for your tenants
• Low cost connections for your SMART building management systems

• Telco’s are utility providers with rights of access
• Landlord’s can specify their design criteria to find the right partner:
Insist on true Fibre to the Home (FTTH)
Insist installations must be certified by an independent fire inspector
Insist cable designs must be approved before work can start
