The Major Buckley Suite & Billy’s Boot RoomThe Major Buckley Suite is a wonderful room either on its own, or combined with Billy’s Boot Room. Major Buckley’s is a fairly long room with bar facilities that would comfortably hold up to 100 people.
Billy’s Boot Room is perfect for the enjoyment of pre-wedding breakfast drinks and canapés, or alternatively provides a good meeting place prior to the ceremony.
Sir Jacks’ RestaurantSir Jack’s Restaurant is a private, intimate and relaxed space with beautiful pitch side views.
Ideally suited to smaller wedding gatherings, it provides the perfect intimate atmosphere to host your wedding celebration.
The BoardroomThe Boardroom is a lovely self-contained suite on our 2nd floor with a warm, welcoming ambience. It provides an elegant setting for civil ceremonies and small wedding receptions.
International SuiteThis is our most modern of rooms withmood setting LED lighting, 50” plasmascreens for photos. It is the ideal venuefor weddings of up to 120 people.

The SpeechesSpeeches will normally follow the traditional schedule as follows, however you can personalize speeches to the order and number to suit your own specific requirements:
Speech One : The Bride’s FatherThe Brides Father (or a close relative or family friend) would always propose a toast of ‘health and happiness to the bride and bridegroom’. Before doing so he would normally welcome the grooms parents, relatives of both families any other guests and welcome the groom to his family and say a few words about his daughter.
Speech Two - The BridegroomThe bridegroom replies on behalf of the newlyweds, and thank his parents for their love and care during his youth, for the start they gave him in life, and for their good wishes for his future and that of his wife. He will also take this opportunity on behalf of his wife and himself to thank all those present for their gifts. Should there be any close members of the family who could not attend the wedding because of illness, they should be mentioned and be wished for a speedy recovery. To conclude, the bridegroom will propose the toast of the bridesmaids, and thank them for a job well done, he may also present them with a small gift as a token of their appreciation.
Speech Three - The Best ManIt is the best man’s duty to respond to this toast on behalf of the bridesmaids, his speech should be light hearted and fun. It should be the high spot of the reception and it is very often his ability to make this particular speech, with humour and interest, that is the deciding chapter on the selection of the best man. (no pressure then!)
Points to noteTo secure your chosen date, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £250. Once you have provisionally booked Molineux for your wedding ceremony, you should contact the Superintendent Registrar at the Registry Office, Civic Centre, St. Peters Square, Wolverhampton or call 01902 554980 to obtain confirmation of the arrangements. Without the presence of the Superintendent Registrar and a Registrar the marriage / partnership would not be legal. We are licensed for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships to take place in:

A fee of £550 is payable to Molineux for Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships to cover set-up and all theming of the room.

Confirmation of the booking and provisional details are required together with a non-refundable deposit of £250 no later than 14 days after the initial booking.
Approximate number of guests are required 6 weeks prior to the Wedding. These can be discussed at your final arrangements meeting with your Wedding Co-ordinator, and a pro-forma invoice will be produced after the meeting.
Minimum numbers apply. Should your party be less than the specified minimum number, a hire fee will be incurred.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
Should any client have to cancel prior to the event, the following charges will be enforced:-12-6 months prior to the event 20%6-3 months prior to the event 50%2 months prior to the event 75%1 month prior to the event 85%Less than 1 month prior to the event 100% full contract price.
CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
The company may cancel the event at any time based on the following:-
A) If the booking might in any way prejudice the reputation of the Company.
B) If the Company becomes aware of any alteration in clients current financial situation.
C) Football FixturesD) Molineux Events
The date of your function will be accepted in good faith.
We may not be able to honour your booking in the event of a football fixture being re-arranged for the date in question, or a large scale concert/event. In this eventuality, an alternative date will be offered or assistance given in organising alternative arrangements. FULL DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED.
**Please note** Molineux stadium is a totally non-smokingstadium – this applies to matchdayand non-matchday functionsBeing a football club means that at varioustimes throughout the year renovation/replacement work will be carried out on thebuilding and football pitch and especiallyduring closed-season (mid May to August).
