Ordering InformationMinimum Order – $25

Shipping – UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Overnight

Shipping and full container, LTL available. Shipments outside the

USA are subject to additional handling charges, duties and tax.

Third party shipping available at no extra charge. All shipments

FOB factory. If drop shipments are required, the first three boxes

shipped are complimentary. Each additional box incurs a $5.00

drop ship fee.

Artwork – Preferred accepted artwork is Vector art in Adobe

Illustrator. PDF and EPS images accepted, but may be subject

to additional art charge (Resolution may be compromised).

Camera ready required. Typesetting and/or artwork that is not

camera ready may be subject to an additional charge.

Proofs – If requested, proof approval required prior to production.

Customer signed approval indicates that Artwork is correct and

customer accepts full financial responsibility for the order, not

holding the manufacturer liable for represented proofs. First proof

is free, but additional proofs due to customer changes afterwards

are subject to an additional charge of $15.00 for typesetting and

$35.00 for graphic design. Please check all proofs carefully as

no credits will be issued for errors on approved proofs.

Hot Stamping – One time die charge of $45.00 NET per print,

$60.00 for artwork larger than 8 square inches. Additional

imprints on products available at $.25 (R). Custom names available

on some items at $2.50 (R) per name. Standard text (Arial Font)

setup at no charge. Halftones not accepted for hot stamping.

Cannot exceed 4” X 6” footprint.

Screen Printing – If you require printing for your products such as

multiple colors, halftones, PMS matching, etc., Marlo’s in-house

screen printing department can provide this service. Please call for

per unit pricing. Screen Printing Charges: Screen Charge – $75.00

per color (R) PMS Match – $30.00 (R) Wash Up Charge (R) – $45.00

Over/Unders – All manufactured items are subject to an over/under

shipment of 5% maximum. If exact amount is required, Marlo

reserves the right to add a 5% surcharge.

Terms – All first time customers C.O.D. or credit card. Credit terms

are Net 30 Days upon approved credit.

Warranty – Marlo warrantees all items against defective materials

and/or workmanship 6 months from shipment of product.

Returned Goods – All returns must be within 30 days of receipt

of goods, approved by Marlo, and given a return authorization

number prior to shipment of goods. Unless specified in RA,

freight charges are borne by customer. Please inspect your

order as soon as it is received.

Cancellation – Prior to production, no charge on cancelled orders.

After beginning of production, custom orders are 100% responsibility

of customer. Stock orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus

any freight charges.

Trademarks/Copyrights – Customer accepts full responsibility for

any claims and/or litigation arising from the production of customer

supplied artwork on Marlo items.

Delivery – Stock items ship within 24 hours. Non stock items

standard delivery is 2 weeks after proof approval, if required.

Rush charges 15% of order, if applicable.

While we are extremely pleased to be offering this new process, we also wish to advise that for the best print quality it is important to understand that good artwork is necessary.

Poor artwork will result in poor image quality. To insure the best print, artwork should be actual size and minimum 300 DPI (Higher DPI will produce better print).

While Photoshop or Illustrator files are preferable, other high resolution files will also work. As always, our art department always checks and will advise of any issues prior to commencement of any production.
