training: 1,324 from 395 companies in 37 courses /seminars (1-3 days, CMMI, ITMark); 11 professors/ 7 Universities trained, subject introduced awareness: 865 participants from 478 companies in 33 public courses (SPI, IT standards) Countries: (> 13) Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Cyprus, Hungary, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine More than 90% of them declared that they will use the knowledge gained in their work

SPI INITIATION & HIGHER COMPEITIVENESS pactical knowledge: 466 participants from 27 companies attended 64 practical i SPI implementation workshops and appraisals SPI Initiation: 30 companies IT Mark certified from Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova (+) and Serbia 10 companies maintain official Process Improvement programs: Bulgaria, Armenia, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia and Romania Method: ITMark appraisal (CMMI, information security - ISO 27001, business maturity – 10square) Participating companies reported increased competitiveness, larger projects, new customers, new markets 50% of companies reported increased competitiveness of 50-80%
