Terms and Conditions to make a Fairplay purchase • The Client receives the Fairplay offers of the week. • The Client Requests the full offer for reviewal.• The Client sends a clear Purchase order via email. • Fairplay sends a Pro-forma invoice to the client. • The Client pays 20% of the total of the Purchase Offer of the Pro-forma invoice to reserve
the stock. (For 100% deferred payment conditions please discuss with your Fairplay commercial representative). • Fairplay arranges within 5 working days a Full Inspection of the merchandise in the
Purchase Order. • The Client receives the Full Inspection Report from SGS along with the revised, definitive
invoice from Fairplay• Client pays remaining sums due. • Fairplay accompanies Client in the receival of the goods which are « pick-uped » Exworks
unless otherwise negotiated in contract.
Average time between Purchase Order and Exworks Delivery for Europe: 2 weeks; Asia : 3 weeks; Middle East and Africa : 1 month; Americas : 1 week to 2 months
