As trusted Fairplay partners, a made-to-measure inspection done by either BUREAU VERITAS or SGS is systematically used in each Fairplay transaction and a full inspection report in English is delivered to the Fairplay client before the merchandise is released. Both BUREAU VERITAS and SGS are the global leaders in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC), delivering high quality services to guarantee that the merchandise that Fairplay clients purchase is 100% inspected in advance.
The Purchase Steps of the FAIRPLAY BUSINESS MODEL The Client receives the Fairplay offers of the week. The Client Requests the full offer for reviewal. The Client sends a clear Purchase order via email. Fairplay sends a Pro-forma invoice to the client. The Client pays 20% of the total of the Purchase Offer of the Pro-forma invoice to reserve the stock. (For 100% deferred payment conditions please discuss with your Fairplay commercial representative). Fairplay arranges within 5 working days a Full Inspection of the merchandise in the Purchase Order. The Client receives the Full Inspection Report from Bureau Veritas or SGS along with the revised, definitive invoice from Fairplay Client pays remaining sums due. Fairplay accompanies Client in the recieval of the goods which are pick-uped Exworks unless otherwise negotiated in contract.
Average time between Purchase Order and Exworks Delivery : 12 working days.
