Your skills in all things Talent Attraction need to be second to none. Phase 1 will teach you job advertis-ing through the lens of a digital marketer, as well as

building your own personal brand. You’ll improve your skills in LinkedIn sourcing, and for USA-based

Talent Advisors, learn about Veteran Hiring and Sourcing.

In Phase 2*, you’ll take the Predicting Success program in full - a dedicated program to support

Your role has shifted from order taker to partner. In Phase 1, you’ll learn about job advertising through the lens of a digital marketer, as well as candidate

engagement and building your own personal brand. You will improve your skills in LinkedIn sourcing, and for USA-based HRBP’s, learn about Veteran Hiring

and Sourcing.

In Phase 2, you’ll focus on Diversity, from how to counter unconscious bias to creating an inclusive

environment, and sourcing Diverse talent pools. You will also learn how to use real-time talent data to build talent pipelines and insights that guide the

talent strategy for your organisation.

In Phase 3*, you will take the Predicting Success program in full - a dedicated program to support

hiring managers, interviewers and recruiters in the assessment and hiring decisions of talent. This

advertising and understanding the motivations of graduates. You’ll learn how to use your sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Facebook as well as using networks
