  11. 11. 11 Membership for Recruiter All applicants must have past recruitment/HR/work experience Membership will be granted to qualified recruiters after due diligence There is no membership fee or monthly payment that needs to be made to You would be required to complete the paperwork for becoming a member (agreement, identity and address proof)
  12. 12. 12 How do recruiters work on You get notified about every job posting that gets posted on You check out the requirement and find out a CV matching to the requirement posted & apply to work submitting this CV as a sample to demonstrate your understanding of the requirement The consultant will look at your application and will call you to discuss and will decide to approve or decline your request. You get a mail informing you about the decision Once approved, you start sourcing and evaluating quality candidates and submitting them for the requirement. The consultant lets you know the feedback on the submitted profile
  13. 13. 13 How do recruiters work on Candidates will be processed and feedback will be shared You will be asked to schedule candidates for the interview/follow-up to ensure they are turning up for interviews etc Interviews happen, decisions about selection/rejection shared Offers rolled out, you keep the candidate warm till he/she joins Send the invoice for your payment to the consultant, consultant pays directly to your bank account via online transfer The work happens via platform and the communication via platform emails/phone/chat Once you have proved your potential, you are made a preferred recruiter by the consultant and he keeps on sharing more requirements with you
  14. 14. 14 Pricing for recruiters Using the platform for helping our clients in closing their positions Free/zero/zilch/nothing Work on requirements posted by clients No limit on number of requirements you can apply Get 35% of placement fee. Send an invoice to the concerned consultant on 75th day of joining and get paid directly in your bank account by 97th day of joining. If the consultant helps you with the resume database access, the revenue share is 25% of the placement fee You need to pay for your own internet and phone bill.
  15. 15. 15 Agreement The agreement formalities would be completed soon after you fill up the signup form. The agreement will be emailed to you, we would require your email approval on the same along with your identity proof and address proof. Training will be provided to you before taking you on-board.
