About Sound Body Fitness
Sound Body Fitness was created for men and women who are seeking to learn about and develop exercise and eating habits that will lead to a healthier life. We provide our clients highly effective Nutrition and Fitness Training that yields fast, safe and long-lasting results. Our small group programs provide cost effective fitness and nutrition training that is guaranteed to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Our approach grows out of our passion for results-oriented, progressive fitness combined with nutritional education. We don’t rely on gimmicks or diet fads, preferring to work with clients to create a healthy overall lifestyle.
Sound Body trainers keep their workouts creative and diverse and the nutritional education interesting and to the point. Enjoy a mix of circuit training, core rehabilitation, total body conditioning, boot camp exercises, cross-fit, yoga, Pilates and more.

“What can I say this program did everything that I wanted it to do. I have always had a vision of what I wanted to look like on my wedding day and the extra 15 pounds was not included in my vision. So I decided that I had to do something to lose the extra weight. That is when I found the Get Lean Remote program. I needed someone to hold me accountable with my exercise & meal tracking. I came to Sound Body Fitness in need of help with nutrition. You outlined what kinds of food to eat 6 times a day, well, I took it all to heart and applied it to my life.
I read Gourmet Nutrition as you suggested and it helped with how I changed my cooking style. I still have this book and have shared it with other people too.
I remember you telling me 80% is nutrition and 20% is exercise and I couldn’t wrap my head around it at the time.
So, when I last saw you - probably a good year ago. I was at 205 lbs. Today, I’m at 155 lbs.
I’m eating six times a day, only lean protein, vegetables, some fruit, and a few whole grains (quinoa, barley, and steel cut oats), raw almonds and avocado for my healthy fats. There are no processed foods in my diet. There is no dairy in my diet. 10% of the time, I go off the nutrition plan, but it doesn’t affect my success since I’m good the rest of the time.
Anyway, a giant thank you to being someone who took the time to share your knowledge - it changed my life!
