On our extensive property in Umbria a warm hospitality goes hand in hand with organic farming and animal breeding. Together with the in-house restaurant they shape the little world of the Terre del Verde. In this unique setting our holiday concept SOULNESS unfolds.

Our daily changing menu offers three freshly made dishes for each course, one dish per course is vegetarian. The ingredients are mostly from our own production and our culinary creations follow the rhythm of the four seasons and are inspired by traditional, Umbrian recipes.

We start by picking the home-grown, organic products, then we cook together.. intuitively, curiously… and bring the food-experience to perfection with a delicious lunch made of our self-prepared, regional dishes.

The world goes global and uniform, but we want to safeguard our territory‘s regional distinctions. We have therefore created a protected ecosystem with an organic chain of custody to guarantee unadulterated products, transparency and traceability.
