1:30-2:15pm CityWide Decision Support PSD’s newest software product, CityWide Decision Support (DS), allows organizations to create and compare scenarios to achieve levels of service, taking into consideration risk, performance, budget and lifecycle event information. This session will take attendees through the features and benefits of CityWide DS, including how it can assist with data-driven infrastructure planning and communicating to council and management the impacts of funding decisions.

Maintenance Manager is a complete Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that enables organizations to prioritize, schedule and track maintenance requests, events and projects. Tune in to learn about the latest enhancements to this robust work management tool.

3:15-4:15pm New CityWide Mobile Add-ons: Asset Collector & Route Patrol

This session will provide attendees with a look at the benefits of two new CityWide Mobile add-ons: Asset Collector and enhanced Route Patrol. Asset Collector allows users to view assets in the field and update attribute data and/or complete condition assessments in real-time. With the enhanced Route Patrol system, users in the field can ensure compliance with minimum maintenance standards, while streamlining deficiency reporting and maintenance scheduling.

1:00-1:45pm CityWide Permits In 2019, PSD launched its new CityWide Permits module. This session will take attendees through the mature features of the CityWide Permits module and demonstrate how it can assist your organization with automating and simplifying the building permit applications process and reviewing and approving inspections.

1:45-2:30pm CityWide EGIS First introduced at the 2019 User Group, this session will provide a full demo of the features and benefits of CityWide’s Enterprise GIS (EGIS) system. An overview of EGIS components (i.e. QGIS, Geoserver and PostGIS) will be provided, in order to showcase how users can access comprehensive GIS data across entire organizations. Participants will be taken through the advantages of utilizing open source GIS and how CityWide EGIS can contribute to your organization’s asset management program. In addition, participants will gain an understanding of how EGIS integrates with the rest of the CityWide suite of modules.

2:45-3:00pm CityWide Technical Enhancements & Add-ons

The functionality and integration of CityWide modules continues to advance. Tune in to this session to see the latest technical enhancements, including CityWide API which allows third party applications to communicate with CityWide data, Single Sign On, facilitating ease of access to CityWide tools across multiple departments and modules, as well as OLAP which performs a multidimensional analysis of business data and provides the capability for complex calculations, trend analysis, and sophisticated data modeling.
