OPPORTUNITY Property Owners that implement effective stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) can apply to receive a reduction in their monthly “Drainage” fee. An Owner must decide if they want to apply for Quality and/or Quantity credits: • An application submitted for Quality will allow up to a (50%) credit • An application submitted for Quantity will allow for (50-100%) credit After an Owner decides to pursue this opportunity, the application(s) must be submitted to the City. Both applications can be submitted at once.
