Monikieasalower-riskoptiontodiversifytheirfarmingactivities,boost
theirenvironmentalperformanceandsecurealong-termincomefromthe
Feed-inTariff(FiT).
Aftercompletinganenergyyieldandfinancialassessmentofthesite,
Locogendesignedandinstalleda200-panelroof-mountedarray.
Thesystemconsistsofmarket-leadingREC250WpanelsandSMA
inverters.ThesewerechosenfortheirhighyieldintheUKclimateandthe
longwarrantiesandperformanceguaranteesprovided.
Thesolararrayproduceselectricityforuseinthefarm’scoldstores,with
any surplus exported to the National Grid and used locally.
