CONSISTENTLY OPTIMIZE YOUR TECHNOLOGY Motorola’s Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) safeguards and enhances ASTRO 25 operations and system components through continuous, scheduled software updates. To help ensure you can access the latest system and software features and enhancements, SMA includes software updates for all components of your system including third-party, product programming software and commercial operating system patch updates.

You must take into consideration future needs such as enhanced system coverage, increasing user population, interfacing with new IT systems and supporting major events – all requiring additional capacity and capability. By falling behind in software updates you may be unable to take advantage of new capabilities and become at risk of security vulnerabilities, compatibility issues and unexpected downtime, putting users and citizens at risk.
