Martin Coleman: from starting Colem Engineering,a services, design and project managementconsultancy in 1992 and using his previousexperience in network management systems hedeveloped satellite & broadcast control systemproducts for Corporate, SNG/Flyaway including

enhanced Automation, Intelligent Device Configuration andMedia management.

In addition, Martin has been an active player in helping reduceinterference and as Executive Director of the SatelliteInterference Reduction Group (IRG) has evolved a globalETSI/DVB Carrier ID (CID) specification for all SCPC/MCPCtransmissions (Video & Data) as well as the original NIT CIDissued by WBU-ISOG in 2008. He is committed to seeing CarrierID being rolled out from 1st January 2015. In addition, his grouphas been heavily involved with the ITU and major broadcastersin dealing with Intentional Interference and this has led IRG toinitiate new standards and processes within the Geolocationindustry. IRG supports majors groups such as APSCC, CASBAA,GVF, SMi, SSPi and WTA in getting all interference initiativesadvanced.

Petter Amundsen founded VeriSat AS in 2002,developing test solutions for open standardinteractive satellite communications (DVB-RCS).Since then VeriSat has become a leading providerof DVB-RCS, DVB-RCS2 and VSAT technologymonitoring and test solutions. As an active

member of the SatLabs Group, VeriSat has contributed tostandardization and interoperability, including thedevelopment of the test bed used to perform SatLabs terminalcertification. With the recent introduction of SatGuard, VeriSatoffers new patent-pending VSAT interference monitoringsolutions that represent a paradigm shift in how VSATinterference can be monitored and managed.

Petter Amundsen has background with the Norwegiancompanies TSAT AS, PCTVnet AS and Nera SatCom AS, withresponsibility for development of the low-rate VSAT SCADAsystem TSAT, Internet on TV solutions and broadband satelliteterminals.

Guido Baraglia is SAT Corporation, a Kratoscompany, Sales and Marketing Director for EMEAand a board member of the satellite InterferenceReduction Group (IRG).

Guido experience in the satellite communicationbusiness spans over more than 25 years, mostly dedicated toPayload Operations and Customer Support. During the last 5years, Guido has devoted his knowledge and capabilities todevelop Sales and Marketing of SAT Corporation products inEurope and the Middle East.

Former Head of Eutelsat Payload Operations Centre (CSC),Guido has become one of the world leading experts in the fieldof Carrier Monitoring and Interference Geolocation, providingexpert support to troubleshooting communication anomaliesand interferences.

Guido participates, as a SME lecturer on satellite monitoringand interference geolocation, in workshops and seminarsaround the world.

Mark Steel has over 30 year experience in thecommunications sector and is originally from UnitedKingdom where he spent 15 years in the Royal AirForce working on Airfield Navigational aids, including terrestrial microwave links. Mark joinedInmarsat in 2011 where he took on the role of

Director for User Terminal Development for Global Express.
