2/ TRENDING ONE: EUROVEA BRATISLAVA – riverside by the Mall and Apartment complex – qualityfull public space – added value to the commercial interests

3/ CONTROVERSAL ONE: BRATISLAVA CASTLE GARDEN – contemporary baroque style garden plantedabove the underground parking

4/ BAD ONE: LAND-ROVER FACTORY, NITRA – car construction site being built on the 800ha ofagricultural land

• Riverside as a trending added valuepublic space with direct approach tothe river Danube

• Full in summertime, abadondedduring the winter

• New garden /2016/ in baroque style,based on the 1811 historical layout/the castle destroyed by fire/

• 122 Tilia tomentosa trees, 6000 Buxussempervirens shrubs, 1200 annualflowers

• Gravel sidewalks, sculptures,staircases, fountain, stone fencearound

• Beneath there are 222 undergroundparking plots, built in the middle ofCeltic and Roman excavation site!
