To create the best shopping experience for our users, shopstar partners with major retailers and brands around the country.

The app has three major stakeholders.

Process Cycle | Shoppers

Users get rewarded with points (Stars) for performing the following actions in the APP (iOS/Android)

Users can redeem the Stars for various coupons or PayTM cash

Walking into a store

Scanning a product using app

Purchasing a product

Referring friends to download app

Performing select actions in app

(Watch Video ads, Click ads etc.)

Process Cycle | Retailers

Retailers give reward points (Stars) for shopping behaviour using shopstar platform

Retailers buy stars in shopstar retailer platform (SRP) by making online payment

Retailers then set the campaign on the SRP defining the points to be given against each of the user behaviour and activates the campaign. (For eg.Retailer sets the number of stars given for walkins, scanning the products, purchases etc. Shopstar relationship team shall also help retainers to defint eh campaign)

On activating the campaign, Users shall start earning stars (previous slide)

Retailers can access shopstar retailer analytics module (SRAM) to view detailed analytics of how many walkins/product scans/purchased based on stars

Advertisers promote their coupons to the right set of audience (potential shoppers) in exchange of Stars

Advertisers (Brands) can use Shopstar brand advertiser platform (SBAP) to promote their deals, offers & discounts to the right set of audience. (potential shoppers, who has the highest probability of purchase)

Advertisers can drop their discounts, deals & coupons against the value of each coupon

Users on earning stars shall redeem their stars to their interested coupon or deal (As per slide 4)

Using the shopstar advertisers analytics module (SAAM), advertisers can find the number of coupons claimed vs utlized helping calculate the advertising ROI
