FACILITYLocated on 12 acres of land in the industrial park of Blue Earth, MN, the Winnebago MFG facility features 60,000 SQ FT of floor space and a total of 19 cranes ranging in size from 1,000 lbs. to 20,000 lbs. Along with cranes, Winnebago MFG features 5 forklifts to help move material. The maximum load capacity for the forklifts is 15,000 lbs.

Capabilities WELDING
Winnebago MFG specializes in MIG welding (wire feed) with 10 AWS certified welders, 4 Tech Pub248 certified welders, and 4 welding positioners. In addition to MIG welding, Winnebago MFG also offers TIG and Stick welding.
PLATE ROLLERS Winnebago MFG offers 4 different roller options for plate rolling and can roll multiple radius, different shapes, cones, cylinders and elliptical. Winnebago MFG can also roll all types of material:
• A36 • Hastelloy• Grade 50 • AR400• Stainless 304 and 316 • AR200• Hardox
BAR ROLLERSBar rolling is a very cost effective process to save money on making rounds. Winnebago MFG has 2 bar rollers; Roundo R-5 and Roundo R-3. Rings can be rolled with various dimensions. Winnebago MFG can roll flat and square bars on edge or flat. Max value for bars on edge is 2" x 3" and max value for bars on flat is 2"x 21⁄2". The minimum thickness for both is 3⁄16" x 1⁄2". Winnebago MFG can also roll tube rounds, rectangles, and squares.
SHOT BLASTINGBlasting your product is a great way to prep the material for welding or painting. Works great for removing paint or other coatings from metal using a steel shot abrasive.

STRESS RELIEVINGDuring the manufacturing process, parts go through an extreme amount of stress. Welding, rolling, machining, cutting, or anything that moves metal will cause stress. Stress relieving helps avoid distortion and cracking in the material. Typically, parts that benefit the most from stress relieving are large and complex weldments, machined parts and parts with dimensional tolerances.
