It should stay exactly what it is now, and people should be responsible for taking themselves off it if they are away for a term or simply want to leave it (not hard to do), and for putting themselves back on it when they get back or want to be back on it. And any new ppl that are just getting started in Pan should be added to it so they can hear about meetings, etc. So basically, exactly what it is now except without ppl whining about how they want someone else to take them off when they could easily do it themselves.

The Panfam list serve only for ppl living in the house is a good, practical idea and should be used once the house is up and running again.

But in addition to the panarchists listserve, there should be a master list of all currrent panarchists AND alumni email addresses that can be used as a resource (for times exactly such as these) so contacts aren't lost and ppl can stay in touch. It should be up to individual alumni to decide when they want to leave the regular panarchists listserve and move to this group of contacts (all panarchists past and present.
