- Equal parts of those 3 oils to half the bottle (usually between 20-30 of each) and the other half of the bottle as carrier oil (Stacey prefers Emu Oil). Pop on a rollerball if desired!

• Resistance Recipe: Joy, Valor, Release, JuvaFlex & no carrier (This would be for those who tend to physically resist, hold stress in abdomen, don’t let bile flow naturally.)

- Mix to your liking/body chemistry. JuvaFlex and Release are both very powerful. My personal blend contains 30 drops of Joy and Valor, 20 drops Release, and 3 drops JuvaFlex.

• Resistance Recipe 2: Joy, Valor, Release, Surrender & no carrier (This would be for those who subconsciously resist change, self-sabotage, etc.) Again, mix to your liking/body chemistry.
