Often referred to as Ireland’sanswer to Jamie Oliver, Donal is being brought to Kilkennyby the Savour Festival and the Crafts Council of Ireland tomark Year of Craft 2011. He will be giving a cookingdemonstration combined with showcasing the work oflocal craftspeople. Donal has a deeply held interest andlove for Irish craft, and this session will perfectly combinethe two disciplines.
