Have you taken a moment to look around at the images, faces

and friends that are all around you tonight? It is truly moving to

FOCUS and reflect on the impact that Billings Catholic Schools

has had on our lives and on the Billings community.

As chairs of this event, we are part of this legacy. Travis’ parents,

AND grandparents, were past chairs of this event. The Augustines

and Paquettes are alumni and parents of current St. Francis

students. Travis and Dan’s nephew is a budding preschooler

in our system. Examples of how the excellent, faith-based

education of our schools, that builds leaders and inspires a life

of service, are literally all around us. Not the least of which is the

hard work and generosity of all of our dedicated volunteers who

have made tonight possible.

Our hope for tonight is to FOCUS and celebrate the impact that

Billings Catholics Schools and our educators have had on us

as individuals and on our community. We invite you to take a

moment to celebrate and share those personal memories and

moments of how the schools have enriched and transformed

your life with those here with you tonight.

Thank you for making Mayfair a success and thank you for your

continued support of our schools, our educators and our kids.

Sincerely,

Travis Heringer and Dan SutterMichael and Brittanie PaquetteErin and Clayton Augustine

Dear Friends,

Welcome to Mayfair 2018! As we celebrate the 43rd annual

Mayfair, we recognize and honor the wonderful supporters

who came before us, and quietly vow to continue what they

started.

The theme this year is FOCUS. We are asking you to FOCUS

on what is important; FOCUS on our students, FOCUS on

education, and most importantly, FOCUS on raising the

funds needed to provide our students the tools they need

to be successful. Please open your minds to the possibilities

and give generously.

Mayfair has become an integral funding source for Billings

Catholic Schools. The cost of educating a student far exceeds

what the market dictates BCS can charge for tuition. To help

make up some of the shortfall, the proceeds from Mayfair

are used to help keep tuition at an affordable level for all BCS

families.

I am proud to be part of this amazing organization that is

filled with people who share the same mission, vision, and

values. Thank you for your courage, your confidence, and

your generosity. Enjoy your evening!

Sincerely,

Janyce HaiderPresident

Billings Catholic Schools Foundation

Thank You

Thank you to Billings Central Catholic High School alumni, who competed to determine which class is the fundraising champion.

We are so grateful to everyone who participated. Sixteen classes donated generously, demonstrating our alumni are the proof and

legacy of Billings Catholic Schools.

Congratulations to the champions—Class of 1999!

Auction Terms & Conditions

Saturday Evening: Upon your arrival at the Dinner & Live Auction, stop by the registration table to receive your table number and bid number. All bidders must have a bid number.

General Auction Rules:

1. A bid number is registered in the name of each individual or couple attending the auction. You are financially responsible for all items purchased using your number. Use it for bidding, in both the silent and live auctions. 2. Values set forth are the donors’ estimates and are not warranted by Mayfair. 3. Any amount paid over and above the fair market value is tax deductible. 4. Occupancy of condominiums or other vacation homes are not transferable. Purchaser must agree to terms of usage specified by the owner. Purchaser is liable for the property damage losses due to purchaser’s abuse of the property. 5. Sporting tickets purchased are non-transferable and cannot be sold. 6. All sales are final, and there will be no exchanges or refunds on items, except where specified. Please read carefully the specifications or limitations accompanying auction items. 7. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used by May 1, 2019. 8. Regarding the purchase of service items, the buyer must contact the donor to arrange for delivery of services. 9. Payment in full is required the evening of attendance. Payment by the successful bidder may be made immediately following the item’s sale or at the end of the auction when all items must be paid for. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, Discover, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Checks should be made payable to Mayfair. 10. Items may be removed from the Convention Center only by presenting a paid receipt at the time of pickup. All auctioned items must be removed from the Billings Hotel Convention Center by the close of the auction, or special arrangements can be made to pick them up on Sunday morning.

Silent Auction

1. Silent Auction will close in three phases, the last one at 6:50 pm on Saturday. 2. A bid sheet will be attached to the table next to each item in the Silent Auction. A person desiring to bid on an item does so by writing his or her bid number next to the stated bid on the adjacent bid sheet. Each increase in bid must be equal to or exceed the amount indicated on the sheet, or it will be deemed invalid. Only one bid allowed per line. 3. An auction official may disqualify a bid if the bidder is blocking another bidder. Only authorized persons may nullify a bid. A bid placed after the table closing will be deemed invalid. 4. In the event of a dispute, the Mayfair Official shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bidder. This decision will be final.

Live Auction

1. The Live Auction, once begun, will continue until all items have been auctioned. 2. To enter a bid in the live auction, the bidder must raise his or her bid number high and attract the attention of the auctioneer. This must be repeated for each increase in bid. Each bid legally obligates the bidder to pay his bid price in full at the end of the evening if his bid is deemed the high bid at the fall of the Auctioneer’s hammer. The gavel is FAST PACED; bids must be made quickly.
