SAP IMPACT MBA Graduate Leadership Program 2015*
Each IMPACT Participant completes the following:
• 3 – 14 week unique job rotations completed by working with GCO,
Corporate Functions and P&I
Rotation 1: Sept 28 –Jan 15 2016
Rotation 2: Jan 18 –April 15 2016
Rotation 3: May 2 – Aug 1 2016
• One rotation in an International office
• Completion of mission-critical projects during each rotation
IMPACT Participant Support: • Mentorship & paired with IMPACT Alumni
• Coaching (two-years support)
• Executive Sponsorship (May 2016 onwards)
• 8 one-week Learning Sprints
• FKOM, SAPPHIRE attendance
