Resident Service Statement:

We believe that your referrals are the best complement to our service and living environment. The following outlines our referral bonus plan. Thank you, in advance, for your referrals.

When you refer a resident to live at ????? Apartments, we’ll do the following:

When they contact us or visit the property we’ll give them a great tour and ensure all of the questions are met.

If they mention you referred them we’ll ask them if it’s okay for us to notify you of their visit. If they say YES, then we’ll let you know they toured.

If they lease then we’ll have you and the referring resident sign a ‘Resident Referral Agreement’ that will outline the bonus for referrals at our community.

When the referred resident moves in and pays their 1st full month of rent – we’ll deliver your bonus!

What do you need to do?

Make sure you tell your referral to mention you and document your name and/or apartment number on their guest card and their application for an apartment.

Tell them how much you love it here and encourage them to lease. Select your referral bonus and wait for your referral to move in and pay their

first full month’s rent. THAT”S IT!!! We’ll do the rest!

ABC Apartments offers the following bonuses for referrals. Note that these may change at any time so make sure you complete the Resident Referral Form at the time of your referral as it will detail your bonus and when it will be rewarded.
