Plans include submitting co-branding MasterCard applications for additional card products to be marketed with the appearance of competition and consumer choices. *Company #2 - Health benefit program with 1.4 million cardholders that will be notified about the debit MasterCard. Card will be used for payroll, provider payment services and business-to- business payment services marketing. Card will be sold through direct sales and referral marketing. Estimated card sales from 1000 to 100,000+ first year. *Company #3 - One of the largest marketing companies for alternative Electric Company. Currently have over 12,000 sales agents. Card will be used for payroll and sold to retail consumers through network of agents. Estimated card sales from 12,000 to 50,000+ first year. *Company #4 - An Association for Texas Migrant workers. This Association has direct contact with 500,000+ Spanish workers. Card will be used for payroll and sold through affiliate employers. Estimated card sales from 1000 to 100,000+ first year. *Company #5 - Spanish version of the NAACP and AARP combined. Currently have over 4.5 million members. Their interest in our card is to benefit members by offering the card at a discount. Card will be used for reducing the high cost of current methods for payment services and transferring funds to family members in Mexico. Card will be sold through various programs. *Company #21 - Direct sales and print media marketing planner. Cards will be sold through a variety of media sources. Estimated card sales from 1,000 to 20,000+ first year.

*Company #22 - Health benefit services provider that has over 10,000 current card members. Card will be used for payroll and provider payment services. Estimated card sales from 10,000+ first year.

Phase II – Potential Business Opportunities

The following proposed sales and marketing opportunities are to be initiated during the Phase I Activity. The primary focus for Phase II is the development and introduction of the 4EFT proprietary private branded Stored Value Cards, Debit and MasterCard®. The purpose is to enhance name recognition, ensure stability and solidify consumer/retail presence. Proposed time frame for introduction is 12-14 weeks.

• Development of 4EFT new direct sales business. • Development, training and support of new MSA’s. • Regional and National advertising campaign. • Development of an outside sales team. • Outsourcing controlled marketing campaigns. • Introduction of and conversion to 4EFT Co-branded Stored Value Cards.
