SACRAMENT OF BAPTISM

BAPTISM may be celebrated on SATURDAY
at 1:30 PM or SUNDAY at 1:00 or 2:00 PM.
PARENTS are asked to register and attend
Baptism Preparation Class before the Baptism.
Parents may either attend the class before or
after the baby is born. Godparents are
encouraged to attend this class.

�� To receive Communion, approach the priest or
deacon from the center aisle and lower your mask to
receive the Blessed Sacrament.
�� For the health and safety of our parishioners and
clergy, please exit the church by the side doors near
the confessionals and the family room.
�� Face masks must be worn in the Church building,
and must cover both nose and mouth at all times.

After the 4:00 PM Mass, Holy Communion will be
distributed to those who watched the Live Stream Mass
and wish to come to Church to receive.

Friday 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In order to maintain social
distancing for our parishioners and our staff, all
business will be conducted by means of the window in
the Parish Center foyer. Please be respectful of
others, wear a mask and maintain social distancing.

office staff emails can be found on our website and in
the bulletin.
�� Mass cards, sponsor letters...anything you need, we
are here to help. If you email us ahead of time asking

We are pleased to offer more Mass times for Christmas Eve
and Christmas Day to accommodate more people. In order
to do so safely, we need more volunteers to remain for fifteen
or twenty minutes after Mass to sanitize all pews, door
handles and other touched surfaces. The Parish will supply
disposable gloves and disinfecting wipes.

Trudy Ward has lived
in the Bells Lake
section of Washington
Township for over
forty-five years. She
is especially proud of
being a longtime
member of the Saints
Peter and Paul
Church community
with her husband Bud
and their three
daughters. Trudy is
the proud
grandmother of seven
amazing
grandchildren.
�
She graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia
with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She later
attended Rowan University and earned a Master’s degree in
Elementary School Administration. Trudy retired from the
Washington Township School District in 2008 after a very
rewarding and gratifying career.
�
After her retirement, Trudy had a true desire to continue
working with the young children of the community. She soon
found that special niche with the Saints Peter and Paul’s Faith
Formation Program. In 2010, she started working with the
Pre-School Program and through the years has worked her
way up to the fourth grade. Trudy really enjoys sharing her
faith with the young children of our parish and she feels she
gets so much out of it in return. She says the children
motivate her with their enthusiasm and energy. They inspire
her to give her all as they come to class so eager to learn all
about the traditions and beliefs of the Catholic Church.

BIBLE STUDY
SUNDAY MASS READINGS
Each Friday at 3:00 PM via Livestream
Fr. Steve will be leading a bible study focusing on the
upcoming Sunday readings. This will include the
background and setting of the readings from the Old
Testament, New Testament, the responsorial psalm and the
Gospel reading.
We will focus on possible reasons why they are chosen by
the Church for this particular Sunday, what scriptures
precede and follow a given reading, who the audience is,
and what the meaning might be for today’s hearers.
