  • Sports Physicals for 2017 -18 BCS and Dr. Elliott will be providing sports physicals @ BCCHS on Wednesday, May 3rd from 1:00 4:00 p.m. Blank physical and concussion forms will be sent home. Both forms will need to be signed (check front & back), returned along with $25 to the SFU office by Monday, May 1st. This physical will cover all school sports for the 2017-18 school year. Please make checks to BCS. There will not be a make-up day. A Note From Nurse Annie I hope you all had a Happy Easter! He is Risen!     Bussing Request Form If you are interested in bussing for the 2017 -18 school year, please visit the BCS website and choose the Bussing Information tab under Admissions. Bussing areas will be expanded in 2017-18. Please submit a bussing request form if you are interested in bussing, but have been unable to utilize the system in past years because of your location.     8TH GRADE PROMOTION SLIDESHOW I need your photos! Maribeth Haynes would like photos from school years, even if your son/daughter did not always attend St. Francis. My goal is to include every 8 th grader in the promotion slideshow and in order to accomplish this I need your help. I can be reached at [email protected] or 690-4542.   • Hello Parents of all Classes The Class of 2017 Ram Jam Decoration Committee is in need of supplies for decorations. Now is a great time to clean out your drawers and see if you have any of the following supplies, keys-all shapes and sizes, padlocks, pocket watches, wrist watches, clocks, stop watches, fans -working or nonworking - table or floor -big or small, old leather belts, old typewriters, steering wheels, steel/metal tire frames -like bicycles or tractors, chains-bicycle, chain-link, cogs, gizmos, propellers, electric gauges, anything, metal or plastic, can be rusty, unique shapes, larger fabric scraps such as tulle, burlap, gossamer, and thin wire. Good Afternoon Billings Catholic School Parents, Billings Catholic Schools has been blessed and will be receiving additional ACE scholarships in the 2017-2018 school year. The ACE Scholarship Program awards up to $3,000 for Central students and up to $2,000 for Saint Francis stu-dents. To be eligible families must qualify for the federal free and reduced lunch program. Below is the chart for the 17-18 school year:

    ACE Scholarship Applications Spots are limited and we recommend eligible families apply as soon as possible. The application due date is April 17th. If your child is already an ACE scholarship recipient, you should receive your renewal application in the mail shortly.

    Summer Art Academy will be held from June 5th 9th on the campus of Rocky Mountain College. This camp is for young artists ages 8-14. The kids will choose their own classes along with enjoying some swimming at the Fortin Cen-ter. There will be guest artists daily.
