Low Pressure Sewer System• Advantages

o Lower construction costs due to shallower bury depth of pipe (Shallow ledge in project area)

o Is not dependent on grade and topography

o Less invasive construction

• Disadvantages

o Higher property owner annual operation and maintenance costs

Gravity Sewer (No Pressure)• Advantages

o Lower long term costs to the home owner

• Disadvantages

o Higher construction costs

o More invasive/destructive construction

o Requires pump stations based on topography

o Requires permanent easements for cross country sewer lines
