Life At Sagacious IP
Creating A Culture Of Innovation
At Sagacious Research, we don't just celebrate Valentine's
Day with our loved ones, but also with our Sagacian family.
The day marked love and respect for all around us, wherein
the team engaged in various initiatives.
In celebration of India's 70th Republic Day, our team at
Sagacious Research celebrated the vibrant spirit of
independence, with beautiful tricolor office décor and
numerous in – house fun activities.
The last quarter of 2018 – 2019 has been one of the best quarters, not only in terms of
the festival celebrations, but also the numerous trainings organized & the Leadership
Meet.
Leadership offsite Meet was organized in the month of
February in Goa wherein all BU Heads and Managers
gathered together to discuss and brainstorm various plans
and came up with new ideas and initiatives that we can take
in the coming year, that will not only improve our overall
business numbers and internal collaboration but will also help us to grow as a IP Brand
in the market. We have started implementing a lot of ideas already and will be working
towards achieving all our plans in the current financial year.
Festivals are always fun, and the fun multiplies many folds,
when they are celebrated together. There is no Lohri fun
without the dhol beats, the traditional attire, the Indian
customs and the ethnic dance. All this summed up to an
awesome Lohri celebration for Sagacians this year.
Holi was celebrated with full enthusiasm and rigor within the
office premises. The festival was celebrated with beautiful
office decoration, tattoo – making competition, dance
competition and sweets distribution amongst all the staff.
As a token to celebrate womanhood and their contributions
to the society, Sagacious IP graced the presence of a Ms. Rina
Sharma, who spoke in line with this year's International
Women's Day theme – 'Balance for Better'. The theme and
her speech specifically called out for gender equality, be it in
work opportunities, leadership positions, media & sports industry and even in our
diverse corporate workforce. We started the celebration with women candidate referral
week for our various open positions. On Women's day management team had specially
addressed Sagacious women, the day ended with first day special screening of 'Captain
Marvel' movie.
Along with employee engagement, we also conducted two
training sessions for our Bangalore and Gurgaon team. The
first training for Bangalore team revolved around 'Critical
Conversation', wherein we trained the employees on how to
handle emotions at work, walk through delicate conversation
episodes, with a focus on improving efficiency and productivity at work. The second
training was held for the BU Heads at Gurgaon which focused on 'Giving & Receiving
Feedback'. It focused on why giving regular feedback becomes important and how we
can utilize the feedback process to improve work efficiency, both ways. It also cited that
it is one of the most crucial conversation methods, which can lead to organizational
growth.
