Safi Airways development programs is not limited

to starting domestic and International flights from Kabul; we are bearing in mind international stan-

dards and improving flight safety and services in order to complete the development programs. There-

fore Safi Airways introduced a new Airbus 320 to its air fleet in 16th September. This state-of-the-art

aircraft is equipped with the latest safety measures and comfortable seats which will provide the pas-

sengers with memorable flights. Safi Airways’ Kabul-Dubai-Kabul flights, which are now 2 flights per

day, will increase to 3 flights on 4 days a week from end of November 2011 with new Airbus A320.

The Kabul stores were still open and the clock showed the eight thirty in the evening, I was walking through the crowded communi-ty where everyone was trying to find customers even though it was getting dark. The subways were so crowded and the music which played in the restaurants attracted the attention.Among the crowded community beside the road, a woman with a happy face stood and more than twenty different books were on her hands.This woman seemed different than others, I looked at her for a while, at first I thought that she might be interesting or different only for me, a man who was selling phone cards was there and I asked him: Hi brother is this woman a bookseller?‟Yes everyone knows her, and calls her bookseller mother. She is selling books until the stores close at nights. She is doing this for many years”. The man said to me ‟ she is a very good woman and she is a real mother”.I stood at my place for couple of minutes and said to myself that I must talk to her and find out more about her but I was not sure if she let me to talk with her or no. However I went to near her… I didn’t know from where to start, I was thinking what to say when she called and said: “Son! Do you read books?”However I didn’t know what to say I told her yes I read, and I want books, but I have a request if possible?‟Tell me son, what can I do for you? “She said to me. Then I said: I am Safi Airways magazine’s reporter and I would like to have an interview with you, is it possible?She said with a friendly smile: ok no problem, but I need to know what I’m about to be interviewed.Before the interview started, I told her the subject and she intro-duced herself this way:‟My name’s Gul Jan and I am selling books at nights in Shahr –e-Naw Kabul since ten years, I feel very fortunate and I’m not only satisfied with my job but I am honored to do it”.Gul Jan whose voice filled with satisfaction and joy considered her job not only as a business but as an important mission for the people and the society.Mrs. Gul Jan insisted that she is confident that she is doing a great service to the society and the Afghan people because she sells books and bookselling is not just a business but the people use positively from the books and beside that studying or reading books never lead to wrong way but helps to pick important steps toward the knowledge in a country.Indeed, the words and her visions were different than others.She was speaking from the community’s future perspectives and summarized everything in studying and reading book, something that most of sociologists suggest for the welfare and happiness of the people in every society.In Afghan society which passed thirty years of war and finally passed the crisis, a woman speaks with such a wise approach to the life and future whose main purpose of life is not only herself and her family but also the people and society. This vision and perspec-tive surprises everyone, especially when a woman has a vision like this.She continued to describe her life as follow: ‟ during ten years of selling books I had wonderful memories from my job, the best is this that everyone respects and knows me as a wise woman”.

With all these efforts, she is selling these books for the people to read and by then serve for their country.One of her goals besides having income is making the people aware of knowledge and science developments. When I asked her to say more about her family she said that she has five children, the eldest daughter is studying Economics at Kabul University and her other children are in school. She said that her family is full of love and kindness and all of her children are educated, their relationship is like close friends and every-one respects another one.She wishes all the people especially her countrymen to have cordial and friendly relationships among their families, and everyone should be like a teacher for himself, for his son, and finally for the people to find welfare and a good future for the society. In her opinion, happiness and welfare can be estab-lished only with such an approach. Her husband Rasool Jahan Bin who is a writer encouraged her for continuing her job.In the first few years, she sold only her husband’s books which most of them were comic and short stories books but then she started to sell other writer’s books too. Her husband has published twelve books with subjects of comic, story, family and psychology. According to Gul Jan, her husband’s books have lots of fans and most of the buyers are young people, she prints her husband’s books from the money she earn from selling the books.Gul Jan has studied up to eight classes and she can read and write, but in addition she has read different psychology and social books beside her job in the past years. So with the experience that she has, she is trying to sell those books which learn how to live and results in growth and positive change in the life.

She believes that experience make life better and people can see the beauty of life with seeing, reading and listening, other-wise they will fail to overcome the problems of life. Mrs. Gul Jan is speaking as confident and optimistic as everything is in the way she wants.I asked her to say about her life’s problems, I heard her voice among her laughs with shaking her head as a sign of rejec-tion and said: ‟we should not say that we have problems and complain from life, if life creates a problem for us, then we should solve the problem and do not increase our problems with being unhappy or sad. There would be no attempt if there was not a problem, indeed every problem and failure is a start toward victory,” then she said with confident that no problem can interrupt her and her family’s life.When I asked her why you did not choose a business with more profits, she answered: ‟ book is the best friend of ev-eryone which neither gets sad nor makes sad, I like to have friendly attitude with everyone and everybody must see each other as a human, as a result life and country’s culture become social. Well, all these can be established through studying and motivating people, so I think my job is the best and I have ten years of experience in this sector”.Mrs. Gul Jan’s family is like a cultural institution, they pub-lish a monthly magazine by the name of Motivation (Angiza) in their house, which consist consultancy and information for families and young people. All the family works on this maga-zine and Gul Jan noted that her daughter, who is in economics faculty, prepares most of the magazine’s contents.Mrs. Gul Jan insisted that other women should work along-side the men to bring welfare in the society and meet their needs through cooperation.

Afghanistan’s flags

The first Afghanistan flag was built at the Emirate of Amir Abdul Rahman Khan with a black color in 1880.It is said that the black color of that flag was a sign about the oppression of despotism.Amir Abdul Rahman Khan ruled Afghanistan until 1901 AD.

The second flag of Afghanistan was made in 1901 at the Emirate of Amir Habibullah Khan. He made some little changes to the old flag and added a symbol to the flag which is known as national symbol. Amir Habibullah Khan ruled Afghani-stan until 1919.

King Ghazi Amanullah Khan, who took the helm of affairs in 1919, his flag was black too but he added some octagonal beams in the flag which was the symbol of Osmania Empire. then he made some changes into the Afghanistan’s flag. He deleted the beams around the flag and made the symbol larger, but the third flag and his kingdom flag contained three vertical colors with a sun symbol rising.

Amir Habibiullah Khan Kalkani came to power after Amanullah Khan’s overthrow in 1929. His flag had three colors, black, white and red. This flag used until the Mongolians occupied the region in thirteenth century.Habibiullah khan Kalkanis’s Islamic Emirate ended after nine months.

Mohammad Nader shah used the for-mer flag which had three colors. Nader shah’s second flag was a little different; he just eliminated the octagonal beams and made the symbol larger. And also he added the year 1348 (lunar year) which was the beginning of his kingdom into the flag.Mohammad Zaher Shah came to power after his father’s dead in 1930. He used his father’s flag until the end of his kingdom in 1973.

Sardar Mohammad Dawoud used the first Republic flag of Afghanistan. This flag was the same as the former flag which used by Mohammad Zaher Shah but he deleted the 1348 lunar date. This flag used as Afghanistan’s national flag until the end of Dawoud Khan’s regime in 1978.

The Democratic Republic of Afghani-stan and communists first flag which was in time of Noor Mohammad Taraki from 1978 up to 1980 also had the three former colors but the republic symbol was deleted.

The second flag of the communist regime created in Hafizullah Amin’s period. The flag’s background was red (As usual among the communist states) with a yellow symbol at the corner, at the top there was a star with five wings which showed the five ethnicity of the country. At the middle of the flag the word Khalq (people) was written.Democratic party’s flag t from 1980 to 1987 when they were in authority.

With the coming of Babrak Karmal in 1987 the three color flag replaced with the old one and a different symbol designed for it, consisting a sun, pulpit, Quran, Gear wheel and a red star as communists sign.

From 1992, the coup of Dr. Najibullah against Babrak Karmal up to 1996 the flag did not replaced but some chang-es came to it, the gear wheel threw down, the Quran symbol eliminated and the sentence “God is the Greatest” (Allah o Akbar) with the declaration of faith word added to the flag.

The first flag of Islamic state of Afghanistan built in 1992 when Seb-ghatullah Mojadadi became president of Afghanistan. And then Burhanudin Rabani became president, in this time the word of faith declaration deleted from the flag and a symbol replaced instead of it.

Taliban’s Islamic Emirate’s flag was white with the declaration of faith text at the middle in black color. They ruled from 1997 to 2001 with the Emirate of Mullah Mohammad Omar.

The current three-color flag of Afghanistan created after Taliban’s overthrow in 2001. Hamid Karzai appointed as Afghanistan’s temporary head by the Global Community, and then he elected as Afghanistan’s president until 2014 in two consecutive presidential elections.

Grape Afghanistan, the land of Paradise fruits

Afghanistan is one of the few countries in the region with the highest and best grape in the agricultural sector.Seventy two different types of grapes grow in Afghanistan with best quality and flavor, thus it is Afghanistan’s world-famous fresh fruit. The tropical provinces such as Herat, Faryab, Kandahar, Parwan, Kapisa and Jalalabad produce grape in Afghanistan.The different types of grapes produced as agriculture products in Afghanistan are, Qara Keshmesh, Hosseini, Shaabi, At-Yamchagi, Maska, Khalili, Rowcha, Sahibi, Shakarangor(sugary grape), Lal, Taayfi, Lal with big grains, Lal with small grains, Aq-Taayfi and Ghoula Daan.Grape vineyards in the northern region, Kohdaaman and the districts of Parwan and Kapisa’sprovinces are very familiar to all Afghans because of their good quality grapes. Also Herat and Kandahar grape vineyards are very famous.Poets and writers have mentioned and de-scribed Afghanistan’s grape in their lyrics and writings especially Herat and northern region’s grape. And they used the name of this fruit to make their sentences more beautiful for the readers.In the far past when the medicine science and treatment was in its earliest days, most of physician in Afghanistan made several drugs from dried grape or raisins and pa-tients were treated with it and still in some regions the people use from these drugs.The world’s medicine experiences show that grape is the most beneficial fruit for human’s body.Socrates, the Greek Wise who lived in fourth and fifth century BC advised the grape’s leaves for treating the heart, Liver, Stomach, Ulcers disease and inflamma-tions.Erudite Discourid for the first time used the grape leaves to make drug for the prevention and treatment of bleeding and blood smear which had positive results for treatment of such diseases.In eastern religious notes especially in Islam the grape has been called paradise (Janat) fruit, therefor, most of the writers resemble vineyards to paradise.Although some of the vineyards were dried, destroyed and damaged during the Taliban regime, but after the new develop-ments in Afghanistan the farmers and gov-

ernment agencies including the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock have recon-structed and planted the vineyards again.The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock officials say that in the last three years grape was the most produced fruit between the agriculture productions in Afghanistan.Afghanistan exports its fruits to more than twenty six different countries which most of them are European countries. Afghani-stan has exported 6000 tons of raisins abroad country in 2010.According to Chamber of Commerce and Industry the local Merchants have earned good incomes from this section.Majid Qarar, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock’s spokesman said that Afghani-stan’s grape production has increased 60 percent in 2010 in comparison to the past 7 years which this number may be multi-plied in the coming years.Meanwhile, officials in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry say about the increase of exporting fresh and dry fruits to the foreign countries and declare that most of the Afghanistan’s grape consumers are India and UAE.According to the statistics which was announced last year by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Afghanistan has exported 365.5 Million dollars which most of this amount belonged to grape and pomegranate. This is in while that the exact number of farming and exporting of grape is not certain.Afghanistan government receives more than hundred million dollars trade taxes from farmers and merchants annually. It’s been said that the most taxes received from those formers who produce grape.The officials believe that the global mar-kets and international trader’s attention is the reason of improvement and this caused that more farmers produce grape.Khan Jan Alkozai, Afghanistan Cham-ber of Commerce and Industry’s CEO who was speaking at a press conference expressed his satisfaction with the export-ing of the fresh and dried fruits especially grape.He said: Ministry of Agriculture and Live-stock should help the farmers and build storages near the vineyards for the farmers to keep their products.

SAFI AIRWAYS ANNOUNCESEXPANSION PLAN WITH ACQUISITION OF AIRBUS A320

Along with acquiring the new aircraft, Safi Air-ways has also implemented a complete product overhaul. Safi Airways, the leading international airline of Afghanistan has acquired another Airbus A320 as part of a business decision to expand their fleet. The Airbus A320 was formally added to the fleet on September 16, 2011 during a cer-emony attended by senior Safi Airways officials, along with local media representatives in Kabul, Afghanistan.

“We want to enhance the flying experience and make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible for our valued customers”, said Ghulam Hazrat Safi, Safi Airways Chairman. “This is just another step in our ongoing efforts to constantly upgrade our service.”

The new Airbus A320 has 12 seats in business class and 132 seats in economy, enabling Safi Airways to increase load capacity. “The ad-dition of this aircraft to our fleet will also boost Safi Airways’ plans to develop new routes in the GCC and expand further into Asia”, said Michael Mctighe, COO Safi Airways.“The increased capacity will allow us to pursue our growth plans and unlock new target destinations.”

The launch event was attended by key Safi Airways staff as well as representatives from the local and international media who covered the event. This addition to Safi Airways fleet is just a step into the expansion and growth plan set out for the coming period, which will bring forth an increase in aircraft as well as new destinations and routes.

Pamir, the Honored Peakhome of sun & roof of the world

Afghanistan is a country with long history, a landlocked geography and nature which thousands mysteries exist in the heart of its soaring mountains.Pamir Mountains are the highest series of mountains in southern east of Afghanistan, they are located in Bada-khshaan province and represent Afghanistan border with china and Pakistan.The word Pamir has been taken from Pai-Mir which means sun’s God, and in local language it has been called the roof of the world too.Pamir elevation from sea is about 4000 meters and the area depends to this mountain includes about 70,000 Km2. Since the distant past, the peaks of Hindu Kush and Pamir mountains has attracted the attention of many mountaineers and climbers form different countries of the world, especially European mountaineers climbers.In summer, the Pamir region is host to hundreds of local and foreign mountaineers, and the Latent secret in the heart of this soaring mountain is the attention reason.For the first time a team of six French climbers mounted two or three high peaks of Pamir Mountain in 1973, but then no one could mount its highest peak which is elevated 7492 meters from sea.Pamir Mountain has 4 separate peaks. The lowest eleva-tion is 7400 and the highest elevation is 7492 Meters from sea level.The peaks are covered by snow in four seasons of the year and over the centuries the snow formed the world’s most powerful glacial source.Several lakes stem from Pamir Mountains, a large part of the Amu River’s water comes from the glaciers of these mountains.

to have been able to do this.He spent 10 minutes at the highest point of NouShaakh peak and said about the cold weather and noted that it’s not possible to live more than 30 minutes over there, because of the extremely cold and low temperature.Prior to this in 2004 a 12-person team of international climbers had been successful to climb the second peak of NouShaakh which is the second elevated mountain of Hindu Kush.There are claims that the old Ariana with its beautiful nature and mountains caused that in every period of his-tory its heroes and magnanimity fight against strangers’ invasion like its strong mountains to defend bravely from their country.

Police and peoplestep by step in providing Afghanistan’s security

Afghanistan national police, as the security provider for the Afghan citi-zens have always tried to cope bravely against the country’s enemies, so that people live in security and confidence.Seddiq Seddiqi country’s interior ministry’s spokesman told about achieved results and growth of capabilities in an exclusive interview with Safi in-flight Magazine. He added: ‟the biggest achievement in the past six months is the development of police training institutions in all over Afghanistan. In the past six months, Interior Ministry has sent 500 of young men to the Turkey for police professional trainings, this process will be continued and in the next three years there is plan for sending 15000 national police to the Turkey for professional trainings”.The Interior Ministry of Afghanistan has created 36 training institutions in the country which more than 15000 trainees are being trained profes-sional trainings. From the other side, the trainers who are teaching in the police training centers in Afghanistan have high and professional educa-tion in the military subjects and train the trainees in theory and practical forms.In addition to the training institutions, Police Academy which is the big-gest Educative institution in the police sector is now active and every year hundreds graduate from this professional instituteIn addition to Kabul Province, Police Academy is active in Balkh and Herat Provinces which professional personals are being graduated from these institutions and will be attracted the police forces.The literature courses are amounted to be one of the national police’s seri-ous programs, that until now more than 80% of the people who are joined to the police forces have learned to read and write.The equipment of the Afghanistan National Police has improved in com-

These forces have achieved to provide the security in their perimeters so that the people live in the peace and tranquility.At the moment more than eight thousand local police are busy in Af-ghanistan’s 45 districts, that the activities of these forces had good effects in the districts’ security.The local police which acts in the specified framework of the Interior Ministry’s programs, is created form the each area’s people, and the guar-antee of the people attracted in this section is provided by the local people and districts’ Shuras which shows the commitment of the police with the people.Coordination between the Security forces in the country has helped them to achieve results and developments more than before. Afghanistan Na-tional Police is in coordination with the other military forces like National Army Forces, National Security Forces and the International Forces who are in battle with the terrorism and their operations are being performed in understanding.Attracting and registration of volunteers to the National Police is now active at the moment and Interior Ministry has plans to raise the Police forces from the quantity and quality points until 2014 and the attracting and registration process is being done in special conditions and criteria. that they don’t have criminal background, should be in an age range between 18 to 32 years old and also to be in a good heal condition.At the moment the total number of Afghanistan’s National Po-lice who are in charge of providing citizens security reaches to 145000, the Interior Ministry of Afghanistan will raise the number of police staff to the 151000 until end of this solar year, which this program will increase the number of police staff to 157000 in 2014 when the security responsibilities in the entire country will be handed over to the National Police and other local security forces.In addition to the men, now the number of women who are employed in the police forces has reached 1200, according to the Interior Ministry’s authorities, this ministry has a specific program to raise the women’s presence in the police forces which according to that program, in the next 3 years the num-ber of women in the police forces will raise to 5000.Creation of clinics and providing health services for police treatment in the entire country is from the plans which the Interior Ministry has tried its best to provide these facilities for the police forces.The Interior Ministry ‘s spokesman also spoke from the dis-solution of the private security companies and cleared that until now 57 private companies are dissolved by and until the end of the current year the remaining 45 private security companies will be dissolved and the police forces will take over providing security to the nongovernmental and relief organizations, but a number of these companies which their

activities is according to the regulations and are working ac-cording to the accepted principals will receive new allowance documents from the Interior Ministry and will work accord-ing to the Government of Afghanistan’s accepted rules and regulations.The people’s reliance and trust to the abilities of Afghani-stan’s National Police in providing security of the citizens, abilities of police and defenses from the country are from the serious issues which the Interior Ministry’s authorities are optimistic and are confident of the people’s trust and reliance and the police’ s activities.The activities of the Afghanistan National Police in the entire country has caused that the people always cooperate with the National Police and to assume the police beside them as a supporter and provider of their security, that this had caused that the National Police soldiers have more activities than the past and to feel themselves more responsible for their people and the country.From the other side, interest of young people especially who are graduated from the school for applying in the police forces has been increased. Entering the young people to po-lice forces is a sign that the people of Afghanistan send their young sons to provide the country’s security, it means the people and the police have given their hands together for their welfare, that this issue has caused more efforts and serious-ness from the police for providing security of Afghanistan and its citizens.

The citizens are now comfortable and the telecommunication with wide coverage and good quality has connected the citizens of the country to the world.Beside the developmentsin Reconstruction, education, cul-ture, civil society and free speech fields, the improvement in the telecommunication services field is also another achieve-ment in investment and the private sector for the past ten years. Economics experts believe that the rate of improvements in telecommunications was rapid, significant and improvment in Afghanistan than other countries in the region in the past years.Officials in Ministry of Communication and Information Technology declare that the statistics in early 2011 shows that more than 17 million people are using mobile phones in the country. Access to telecommunication, especially mobile phones is a necessity for every person at the current situation. So the officials in ministry of Communications and Information Technology have tried to broaden the coverage of telecommu-nication networks by putting it to their top priority working plans in the past years.

The government in-comes from telecommunication network taxes showed a significant increase in 2010 compared to previous yearsand has been amounted to 130 million dollars; this is while in 2009 this amount was less than 100 million dollars.Despite the day by day expansion of access to internet services for the country’s citizens, Most of the young people who are educating in universities and training centers are using internet services in the capital and other provinces. This is in while the students used only printed books for researching and finding information in the past which was a very time taken way, but now they can easily have access to internet and world wide networks with their mobiles and this have had good effects for students in Universities.Now most of telecommunication networks present the GPRS ser-vices for the users and peopleare able to have access to the internet with their Mobile phones.The Communication and Information Technology ministry’s Care taker claims that their five year strategic plan is to expand and complete the optical fiber project and increase the telecommunica-tion subscribers from two million to five millions, and he added that by then 95 percent of the people should be able to have access to telecommunications.Mohammad Qurbaan Haghjou, the Afghanistan Chamber of Com-merce and Industries CEO emphasized on the role of the private sector in the improvement of telecommunication and information technology in the country and said:”1.5 billion dollar is the total value of investment in the field of telecommunications by the private sector. And the government’s income from telecommunica-tion networks taxes has increased more than expected in the past years, because the improvement and the services expansion by the telecommunication networks have been made so fast and covered even the mountain areas and all the villages in the capital and also most of the provinces”.Besides that, the telecommunication networks have also provided job opportunities for the people. The average revenue of a worker in a telecommunication network is 400 dollars.According to the statistics provided by Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, more than 470,000 people are work-ing in the telecommunication networks.

Abdul Ahad MomandThe first Muslim astronautHe was born in1958 in Afghanistan. He completed his educations at Air Force College in Kabul then he was employed in Afghanistan Air Force before going to Soviet Union for training as a pilot. Mr. Momand amounted as an important symbol for Soviet Union’s space program in Afghanistan’s invasion period. On that time the Soviet Union tried to increase the number of astronauts in the country from other countries especially East bloc countries with a program by the name of Enter cosmos for cosmological explorations, Mr. Momand, Waladmir Liakhof and Dr. Waleri were 3 member of one team in Soyuz T M-6 mission. They launched into space from Baikonur Cosmodrome in 1988 they stayed for 8days, 20 hours and 26 minutes there and Mr. Momand par-ticipated in geology and climate researches about Afghanistan in Mir’s space station.Their spacecraft was then connected to the Mir Space Station and during their stay in the station the astronauts made scientific and cosmological researches.Abul Ahad Momand took pictures of Afghanistan from space during his stay at space station and participated in astrophysical, medical and biological experiments. He spoke with the ex- President of Afghanistan Dr. Najibullah in a telephone conversation from Mir Space Station. Mr. Momand then got the degree of War Pillar from the Soviet Union and then started to work in Afghanistan’s Sciences Academy.He worked for a short period as Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry’s deputy of Afghanistan. During that time he got the lieutenant general degree and received the title of Afghanistan Hero from the government. The Afghan astronaut is now living in Stuttgart Germany, for a short period of time he worked with the Centre of Space Studies in Germany. Now he works for a private Company.

The first human rights autumn festival of Afghanistan held with the slogan of “we can make the world a better place to live” in Kabul and Mazar e sharif for one week, showing eighteen foreign films and thirty two films from Afghanistan.The human right autumn festival was the first international festival which held in the Middle east and in a central Asian country.From two hundred films related to human right from all around the world, fifty films were chosen and displayed which Afghan films also were a part of them.The festival was held in France cultural Center, Cinema Park, United Nation’s yard in Kabul, and Mazar e Sharif Uni-versity for six days for cinema fans and human right enthusiasts. And the films were welcomed by the fans, cultural and filmmakers of Afghanistan.As mentioned many afghan filmmakers has participated in this festival, including seven women. After each film screened, they talked about making their films and

presented information to the audience.The festival organizers promised to hold vocational trainings for Afghan filmmak-ers in the fields of cinema, filmmaking and human rights, which can be useful for filmmakers and artists of the country.“Dozens of films from four continents of the world and 25 countries including Afghanistan were showed in this festi-val including Afghan art, documentary and animation films,” Said Abdul Malik Shafiee the festival’s referee and Afghan filmmaker. Mr.Shafiee said that the organizers of the festival have tried to follow the interna-tional standards in this festival, and the presence of about ten local and foreign referees is a part of these efforts.The festival organizer team started ar-rangement of the festival about two years ago in Kabul. The opening ceremony of the festival was in Estaghlaal high schoo hall.“Art’s role is important in strengthening democracy, because art can keep the com-

munity safe from various heritages and strengthen the mutual respect among dif-ferent ethnic groups in the community,” said David Pearce the U.S Ambassador Assistant.He added: Art can create a social stratum that their thoughts are beyond the limits of language and geographic, because of this holding this kind of shows change the social life of Afghanistan people and also the filmmakers and artists can grow and reach to the world class level.Roya Sadat called the festival as a great achievement in the present situation in the country and said: we can show to the world that beside the violent and war in Afghanistan, now it is a good time for building our culture, also the cultural and filmmakers have done considerable and valuable works. And also the long story films: Apple from Paradise, Neighbor, Paper Ships, and Naked Foot were the included films in the festival.The documentary films in the festival were as follow: We Stars, Unworthy Life, Small Hands, Dead to Camera, Narcotic in Afghanistan, Patak Dehboori, I was better before, See who drives and The light in the cave. The films were welcomed by the fans and surprised the referees of the festival.Shelter, Dead to Freedom, The destroyer Drugs and Hope were the selected anima-tion films showed at the festival.Be noted that Afghanistan filmmaker’s

club and the festival holder team received funds from financial sponsors for encour-agement the internal filmmakers.The selected films of the festival were judged by five foreign filmmakers and one Afghan filmmaker.The sum of twenty thousand dollars awarded for each part’s the winners in the festival.Afghan filmmakers have achieved success not only at the field of art films, but also in documentary films in the past years, which some of their films have won inter-national awards.After overthrowing the Taliban regime, Afghanistan has witnessed great achieve-ments in the culture and art sectors, which these achievements could attract the atten-tion of the region people.Atiq Rahimi’s film The Kid Player is an example of Afghan films which was made two years ago in Afghanistan and France and could attract the world’s attention.The subject of this film is about the afghan immigrations and the war period

challenges in Afghanistan, at first this sto-ry was written as a Roman by Mr.Rahimi and after it changed to a scenario this film became very famous even in Europe and could win many international awards. Most of the interested and practitioners are the young people in Afghanistan, their love and interest helped Afghanistan cinema to grow.“We are hopeful that Afghanistan cinema finds a special place in the region coun-tries with the efforts of young people,” said Mr.Solaiman Sanjar the art literature faculty teacher in Kabul University.He noted: Afghanistan is the land of myths and epic stories, therefore the Af-ghan films subjects are not only interest-ing and spectacular for Afghan people but also for all the people of the world.More than forty film productions are activating alongside the government film production company Afghan Film, and produce dozens of art and documentary films every year.

Afghan athletes have won 51 medals in international and Asian tournaments from the beginning of this year.“From the beginning of this year afghan athletes could win 51 different medals in-cluding 13 Gold, 4 Silver and 34 bronze,” said Mohammad Aref Payman the pub-lications head of Afghanistan’s Olympic National Committee.Mr.Payman noted that Afghan athletes have been able to win these medals in eight athlete fields, Taekwondo, Snooker, Kickboxing, Martial Sports, ITF Tae-kwondo, Judo, Muta and bicycle riding.He also added: the tournaments which Af-ghan athletes have won their medals were held in North Korea, Denmark, Ukraine, India, Pakistan, Iran and china. The athletes were appreciated by the National Olympic Committee, Government of-ficials, Heads of the federations and other athletes last week in an especial ceremony.“The accomplishments was the hard working results of young people and teachers with controversial and strong devotion exercises, which they could raise Afghanistan’s flag at the international grounds,” said Mohammad Zaher Aghbar Head of National Olympic Committee.He also added that their efforts and achievements should not be forgotten in

the future. The world knows about Afghan Pride and Courage, so Afghan young ath-letes showed the courage and bravery they inherited from their ancestors. On the other hand Mohamad Yousef Etabari the head officer of first vice presi-dent of Afghanistan, praised the accom-plishments of the athletes and said:” the athletes have brought good achievements and honor for their people with few facili-ties they had”.Wahid Ahmad Joya who has won the gold medal in Karate worldwide tournament in Denmark said: I proud for becom-ing champion, but this proud belongs to Afghan people too. He also said: Afghan youths have shown their talent and ability, as a result more facilities and development must be created for them.It’s been said that beside the men athletes, girls also participated in the international tournaments and they have won medals. Four of fifty one medals belong to girls; Habibia Bayat and Fahima Razaee have won these medals.Bayat who is 18 said: Afghan girls have the talent and ability to participate in such tournaments and bring honor to the country if the officials and government support them.

This girl who is a judo player for three years wants from the officials to send the young coaches to technique and skill trainings outside the country for develop-ment.According to the publication head of the National Olympic Committee, Afghan athletes brought 200 different Gold, silver and bronze medals in Taekwondo, Karate, Zorkhane, Muta, Cyrus, Wushu, Judo, Football and Cricket for their country last year.Afghan athletes have participated tens of international tournaments in the past years and could win Gold, Silver and bronze medals for the country. Also many sport clubs established in Kabul and hundreds of youths are exercising in these clubs.“In various parts of the country, tens of athletic competition set up by Afghanistan National Olympic Committee monthly for the young athletes. The efforts and interests of young athletes show hopeful future in sports for Afghanistan,” said the publication head of the National Olympic Committee.Meanwhile, Mr. Payman Says that they have provided trainings for female ath-letes in Kabul and more than tens of girls exercise in various sectors including Vol-leyball, Basketball, and Football.

The Hairatan port Mazar e sharif railway work finished

The construction of railway which con-nects Hairatan port to the east of Mazar e Sharif completed after four months.This is Afghanistan’s first rail line for transport. میافراشت.خواجه در عین حال که یک عارف برجسته، یک محدث ورزیده، یک مدرس ویک عالم بود، شاعر ونویسنده نیز بود.او آثاري در شعر ونثر دارد. شعرهاي عرفاني او گویاي حال وقال اوست و نثرهاي او برجسته ترین کالمي است که به شعر پهلو میزنند. نام خواجه بیشتر از هر اثر دیگر او در نثر هاي ادبي اش زنده است. اگر کمي دقت کنیم میتوانیم بگوییم او نخستین مبدع نثر مسجع در زبان دري است. اگر چه برخي میگویند خواجه این شیوه را از ادبیات عرب گرفته است اما به هر حال در زبان دري نخستین بار، اوست که این شیوه را باب نمود. اهل منبر میکوشیدند از این سبک استفاده نمایند.بعضي مي گویند نثر خواجه واسطه اي است بین نثر مرسل و نثر مصنوع. بعضي نیز این شیوه را در شمار شعر منثور آورده اند ویا شعر منثور را منبعث از آن دانسته اند. آنچه این شیوۀ نثر خواجه را برجستگي داده، وزن وقافیه، ساده گي، شیریني در بیان، یکدستي، شور وشوق عارفانه و جذابیت کالمي است که در نثر هاي خواجه دیده میشود. به همین دلیل یکي از نثر هاي موفق تأثیر گذار بر دوره هاي بعدي را نثرمسجع خواجه دانسته اند. بعضي براین باورند که گلستان سعدي وبهارستان جامي با تأثیر پذیري از نثر

هاي خواجه عبداهلل انصاري به وجود آمده اند.

خواجه عبداهلل انصاري در سال 39۶ هجری قمری در هرات چشم به عرصه عالم هستي گشاده است، کنیۀ اصلي اش ابواسماعیل ونام پدرش ابومنصور است و او را به نام خواجه

عبداهلل انصاري یاد میکردند. بنا به روایتي این شخصیت فرهنگي 85 سال عمر کرد و در سال 48۱ هجری قمري داعي

اجل را لبیک گفته است و در گازرگاه هرات مدفون گردید.خواجه عبداهلل انصاري پیش از هرکس دیگر نزد پدرش علم وادب را آموخت. هنوز در آوان کودکي بود که با بسیاري از علوم مروجه آشنایي یافت. ذهن و ذکاوت عالي او باعث شد که در مدت کوتاهي به موضوعات گوناگون علمي دست یابد، او حدیث، شعر وادب وتفسیر را ازنزد یحیي بن عمار الشیباني سیستاني فرا گرفت. اصول و فروع مذهب حنفي را نزد قاضي ابومنصورکه از فقیهان و محدثان و ائمۀ مذهب شافعي بود آموخت. ابوخالل بغدادي، ابوسعید ابوالخیر، خواجه نظام الدین طوسي از دیگر استادان خواجه عبداهلل انصاري بودند. یکي از

کساني که برشخصیت علمي وعرفاني خواجه تأثیر بسزایي داشت ابوالحسن خرقاني است.خواجۀ انصار، عرفان وشناخت خود را مرهون این مرد بزرگ میداند. او در سایۀ آفتاب اندیشه هاي این عالمان برجسته و وارسته دست به آفرینش آثار بزرگ و ماندگاري زد که از آن جمله

میتوان به اینها اشاره کرد.۱.منازل السائرین: مهمترین اثر وي در تصوف است که به زبان عربي نوشته شده است.

۲. رسالۀصد میدان: این کتاب مقدمه منازل السائرین خوانده شده است.3.مناجات نامه: مهمترین کتاب وي در عبادت به زبان فخیم ادبي است.

4.ذم الکالم واهله: این کتاب در رد اهل کالم معتزله و اشاعره نگاشته شده است.5.طبقات الصوفیه:که به زبان دري درمورد تصوف وجایگاه مشایخ صوفیه نگاشته شده است.

۶.الهي نامه: مجموعه یی ازنثرهای مسجع اوست.7.مختصر آداب الصوفیه والسالکین:که درمقامات صوفیه وآداب آنان تحریرگردیده است.

8.کشفاالسرار وعده االبرارمعروف به تفسیر خواجه عبداهلل انصاري.یکي از چیز هایي که در شناخت بهتر خواجه عبداهلل انصاري میتواند ما را یاري رساند بررسي شرایط محیطي اوست. براساس نقل منابع، خواجه عبداهلل انصاري در دورۀ حاکمیت سامانیان مي زیسته است. او حکومت هاي سلطان محمود، مسعود پسر محمود را از سر گذرانده و دورۀ سلجوقیان را نیز درک کرده است. خواجه نظام الُملک وزیر حکومت سلجوقیان، خواجۀانصار را گرامي میداشته ،با این که خواجه هیچگاه با حکومتها سِرسازش نداشته ولي خود از سوي

رضای الهی حاصل گردد.یک فرد مسلمان وقتی که دوست داشتنی و بهترین حیوانی از قبیل شتر و گاو و گوسفند را در راه رضای خدا قربانی می کند در واقع گویا برای تکامل روحی و تربیت تدریجی نخستین برای نفیس قربانی از او آموخته می شود که او به درسی قربانی نفس خویش آماده گردد و در عین حال برای فقراء و مساکین بهترین صدقه و خیرات است که خانواده خویش نیز از آن استفاده می کند. یقینا در کشورهای اسالمی بین شهر نشینان و روستائیان خانواده های بسیاری هستند که در طول سال یک بار هم گوشت بر سر سفره شان نمی بینند اگر گوشت قربانی عادالنه طبق سنت توزیع شود بهترین خدمت

اهمیت ممتازی را حائز است.مفهوم و معنی قربانی؛ از نظر معنای لغوی »قربانی« از لفظ »قرب« ماخذ است، هر آن چیزی که ذریعه و وسیله تقرب و نزدیکی اهلل تعالی باشد آن را »قربانی« دیگر یا باشد حیوان ذبح خواه چیز آن گویند، می

صدقات.بعضی از علماء هر نیکی و عمل خیر را که باعث قرب

و رحمت الهی باشد »قربانی« می نامند.البته در عرف عام به آن حیوان مخصوص »قربانی« روزهای در اهلل به خاطر رضای که گفته می شود را آن مسلمانان قربان- عید االضحی- عید معین ذبح می کنند و کلمه قربانی از لفظ قربان گرفته شده و چندین بار در قرآن مجید آمده است، در اکثر مواقع

مراد از آن »حیوان مذبوحه« است.تاریخچه قربانی؛ ذبح قربانی جهت تقرب پروردگار از زمان ابو البشر حضرت آدم علیه السالم شروع شد، وقتی که دو فرزندش هابیل قوچی و قابیل مقداری بارگاه خداوندی تقدیم گندم را به عنوان قربانی به نمودند. به دستور و روال آن زمان آتشی از آسمان آمده، قربانی هابیل را سوخت، که این عالمت قبولیت

بود و قربانی قابیل به حال خود باقی ماند.

واقعه تاریخی بی نظیر؛ قربانی به عنوان شعار دین و آیین و مشروعیت آن به زمان حضرت آدم علیه اسالم اما وقتی که واقعه بی نظیر و شگفت بر می گردد انگیز، ابر مرد تاریخ حضرت ابراهیم علیه السالم پیش آمد، که در آن واقعه تاریخی بی مثال، ایشان برای حضرت برومندش فرزند یکتا کردن قربان و ذبح اسماعیل علیه السالم اقدام فرمودند و پس از پیروز و نامدار شدن حضرت ابراهیم در آن آزمایش سخت در را ای ویژه اهمیت و جایگاه قربانی تاریخی، و ادیان سماوی کسب کرد، چرا که شخصیت حضرت ادیان سماوی اهل تمام برای السالم علیه ابراهیم یهودیان، مسیحیان و اهل اسالم مورد قبول و قابل احترام است، و آن داستان تکان دهنده و شگفت انگیز صافات درسوره را( دلبند فرزند پدرارجمند، )قربانی قرآن مجید آمده است و کتاب مقدس نیز آن را تثبیت

و دعوت ها.وقتی دعوت راه حق را آغاز نمود، پدر و تمام خانواده راه توحید و یکتا پرستی ایستادند. در او در مقابل

پادشاه وقت ایشان را به آتش مجازات کرد.

باالخره او مجبور شد که راه هجرت را پیشه کند لذا از وطن اصلی خویش در سرزمین عراق )بابل( به سوی فلسطین هجرت فرمود. »و قال إنی ذاهب الی ربی سیهدین« و گفت من به سوی پروردگارم می روم و

او مرا هدایت خواهد کرد.بود فرزد انتظار به زندگی چشم تمام فرزند؛ دعای در سن هشتاد و شش سالگی در حالت بیم و امید به درباره خداوندی برای فرزندی صالح دست به دعاء شد »رب هب لی من الصالحین« بار الها! مرا فرزند

شرکت این به صافی شرکت از فراوان های تعریف ازشنیدن بعد الصالح آقای پیوست. وی گفت که پیوستن به این شرکت برایش فرصتی با چالشهای جدید بوده است و پالن های کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت شرکت صافی برای رشد واحساس داشتن

تیم متحد و فامیل بودن وی را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است.آقای فیاض دستاوردهای زیادی طی دوران شغلی خود در صنعت هواپیمایی داشته است از جمله ریاست شرکت جورآمکو)JMR(، که یک شرکت حفظ و مراقبت و تعمیراتی دراردن میباشد. آقای فیاض در اجرای برنامه خصوصی سازی بطور فعال اشتراک نموده، وی اکادمی جورآمکو را طبق قوانین ایسا بخش ۱47 تاسیس نمود که در رشته انجینیری تعمیرات و حفظ و مراقبت از این اکادمی دانشجویان زیادی فارغ التحصیل میشوند و از جمله دستاوردهای بزرگ اردن به حساب میآید. از نقطه نظر مفاد نیز آقای الصالح به حیث بخشی از تیم مدیریت جورآمکو در سال ۲۰۰8 با اجرای عملیات کار او موثر کمک نمود تا نه تنها مفاد شرکت دوبرابر شود بلکه کیفیت و استندرد های ایمنی نیز بیشتر گردد که سود آوری و تصورات شرکت را منعکس مینماید. این کارها برعالوه افزودن قابلیت های بیشتر در فروشگاه ها و گسترش

حوزه کاری شرکت بود.در پاسخ به این که رشد صافی را در دوره های آینده چگونه میبینید، آقای فیاض چنین پاسخ داد: » خطوط هوایی صافی در حال حاضر روی یک مسیر استوار با پالن های کوتاه، متوسط و طویل المدت روان میباشد که بر اساس بازاریابی قدرتمند، تجزیه تحلیل و شناخت رقبا بنا نهاده شده است.« او سپس در ادامه چنین گفت که اهداف شرکت صافی با وجود چالش های پیش رو دست یافتنی بوده و هم اکنون

شرکت صافی در مسیر صحیح و درست حرکت مینماید.آقای فیاض هدف خویش را ثبات قیمت مناسب برای مشتریان میپندارد با درنظرداشت اینکه قیمت مواد سوخت هردقیقه بلندتر میرود. از چالش های که آقای فیاض آماده روبروی با آنها میباشد، توسعه و ارتقاء تولیدات و خدمات صافی در سطح جهانی و بهینه سازی ظرفیت میباشد که در نهایت به نفع مسافران خطوط هوای صافی تمام

در هنگام کودکی از آواز خوانی، بازیگری و نمایش خوشم میامد که رفته رفته رویا هایم بیشتر و بیشتر شد و به حقیقت پیوست؛ نوشتن و مطالعه هم از برنامه هایی بود که بیشتر به آن سرگرم بودم و از این کار که نه تنها خسته نمیشدم بل جز از تفریح و سرگرمی هایم بود. بازی هایی را که با دوستان این بازی ها از آن انجام میدادم یکی ام کودکی بود که من گوینده گی میکردم و سپس از دوستانم امتحان میگرفتم و همین ها صمیمیت ها و دوستی

های دنیای کودکانه ی ما بود.راه هجرت را چه زمان در پیش گرفتید؟

چند سال بیش نداشتم که از افغانستان دور و راهی دیار بیگانه شدیم بیشترسالهای زنده گی ام را در اروپا سپری کرده ام، اما همیشه و در همه جا خود

هنر آواز خوانی روی آورديد؟به میگردد بر هنرموسیقی به من مندی عالقه دوران کودکی ام، مادرم نقل میکند که هنوز تلفظ کلمات را درست اداء کرده نمیتوانستم؛ اما آهنگ ها را به زبان شکسته و نیمه بند کودکانه ی خود زمزمه میکردم و زمانی که خانواده ها و مهمانانی که به خانۀ ما میآمدند برایشان آواز میخواندم؛ ۱۲ یا ۱3 سال داشتم که با گروهی ازکودکان خوردسال که به گونه ی دسته جمعی ترانه میخواندند، یکجا را مکتب های درس اما خواندم، آهنگ و شدم ارجعیت دادم تا آواز خوانی و مدتی از آواز خوانی به دور ماندم؛ تا این که تقریبآ 5 سال پیش دوباره کار های هنرآوازخوانی را شروع کردم و از آن مدت تا

برای نخستین بار آهنگی را که ثبت کردم،آهنگ انترنیشنل بود تحت نام ماشااهلل، تالشم براین بود تا با این اهنگ زبان دری را از طریق موسیقی به شدم. هم موفق خوشبختانه که کنم معرفی دنیا را بود، که کمپوزش آهنگم دومین پسرک افغان

افغان ساخت.آهنگ برایم باخترخراسانی آقای پسرک با آنکه تجربه های آغازین کارهای هنری ام محسوب میشد، اما عالقه مندان زیاد پیدا کرد.

آوازکدام هنرمند را میپسنديد؟ همۀ آوازخوانان افغانستان رادوست دارم وهرکدام شان جایگاه خودرا دارند، اما از کودکی به صدای میرمفتون بودم، مند عالقه زیاد دریا جان فرهاد آهنگهایش که است محلی پرآوازۀ خوانان ازآواز از کدام هر میتوان گفت درُکل و دارم دوست را به همۀ شان و دارم دوست را هنرمندان کشورم

احترام خاص قایل هستم. شهرت يا محبويت؟

لوید کارسِول در ماه می سال ۲۰۱۱ به عنوان مدیر ارشد بازرگانی به صافی ایرویز پیوست، وی با خود بیش از چهارده سال تجربه کاری در زمینه حمل ونقل هوایی را آورده که هفت سال آن را در پست هایی در سطح جهانی به عنوان مدیر ارشد ایفای وظیفه نموده است. آقای لوید در حرفه خود با بازارهای جهانی از جمله شرق میانه و دور، جنوب شرق آسیا، شبه قاره هند،

اروپا و امریکا روبرو شده است.لوید کارسِول کار خود را با شرکت هواپیمایی پیشتاز فرانسه یعنی ایر فرانس شروع نمود،. با تمرکز اولیه در عرصه بازرگانی لوید حوزه تخصص خود را از طریق ارتباط با خطوط هوایی جت و نیوزیلند توسعه داد. لوید در برنامه گسترش و توسعه خطوط هوایی جت در اروپا و همچنان

قضیه گسترش همکاری جهانی این خطوط نقش کلیدی را ایفا نمود. بعد از نقل مکان به خاور میانه، لوید مسولیت بازرگانی و فروشات پرمفاد خطوط هوایی کویت را به عهده گرفت. بعد از دوران موفق خطوط هوایی کویت، لوید به حیث مدیر ارشد به خطوط ملی تازه تاسیس شده کویت پیوست و مسولیت فعالیت های مارکتینگ و توزیع را از آغاز تا به

ثبات رساندن رشد این شرکت در مارکت بی ثبات بدوش گرفت.آقای لوید از بریتانیا بوده و همراه با خانم خود ستیفانیا، دخترش فراهه در دبی زندگی میکند.

در پاسخ به این پرسش که اولویت های دوازده ماه آینده خویش را بیان کند آقای لوید گفت: » این یک زمان مهیج برای صافی ایرویز میباشد. ما به دنبال راه اندازی سه مقصد جدید به خاور میانه، دو مقصد جدید در آسیا و همچنان راه اندازه مجدد پروازها به اروپا هستیم«. همچنین در برنامه های ذکر شده آقای لوید از دو هواپیمای جدید سخن گفت که توسط آنها مسیر های جدید تسهیل بخشیده خواهند شد. و در پهلوی همه ویبسایت جدید نیز برای صافی ایرویز راه

برای مردم چی است؟پیشنهاد و تاکید من به نسل جوان افغانستان این است که درس بخوانند و سرنوشت خود و کشور خود را خودشان به دست بگیرند، فکر ایجاد ثبات و کشور برابر در مسئولیت احساس و افغانستان از تنها واین باشند درسرداشته همیشه را مردم از شود، عملی میتواند تحصیل و درس طریق طرفی هم چیزی را که تاکید دارم این است که هیچ قوم و ملیتی به تنهایی نمیتواند باالی دیگران حاکمیت کند و حاکم مملکت باشد، تا همۀ اقوام وقت هیچ نگیرند، سهم ملی درمشارکت ومردم

مشکالت رفع نخواهد شد. همه باید خود را مسئول بدانیم که در تامین امنیت کشورسربازهستیم برای رفاه مردم دست به دست هم داده و برای یک افغانستان عاری از خشونت، کنیم. تالش نفاق از عاری و بیسوادی از عاری

الحاج محمداسماعیل که بیشتر وی را به نام امیر پرنفوذ های ازچهره میشناسند، خان اسماعیل والیت خصوص به کشور غرب جنوب درحوزۀ و شده زاده هرات دروالیت وی میباشد. هرات تحصیالتش را در بخش نظامی تا دورۀ دیپلوم به

پایان رسانیده است. امیراسماعیل خان یکی ازچهره های موثر دردوران جهاد چهارده ساله درحوزۀ جنوب غرب است که در برابر دولت وقت دست به مبارزات مسلحانه زد وپس ازپیروزی مجاهدین درسال ۱37۱ خورشیدی ایفای اردوی هرات قول وفرمانده والی به صفت

وظیفه میکرد.او طی چند سال که مسئولیت والیت هرات را به دوش داشت کارهای جدی دربخش بازسازی و نو سازی والیت هرات انجام داد که والیت هرات را به یکی ازوالیت های مدرن و منظم درهمه عرصه ها مبدل ساخت که شهرهرات پس ازبازسازیهای جهان هزارشهرمنظم یک فهرست اودر زمان قرارگرفت.امیر اسماعیل خان بیشتر از شش سال

انرژی و آب را در دولت میشود که سمت وزارت اسالمی افغانستان عهده داراست.

در گفتگوی ويژه ای که خبرنگار مجلۀ صافی با امیر اسماعیل خان داشته است، نخست در مورد برنامه های کاری که در وزارت انرژی و

آب انجام داده از وی پرسیده است؟مطالعات گسترده ای درراستای شناساسی بندهای آب گردان درسراسرافغانستان صورت گرفته است، بند درسراسر کشور مطالعه تا کنون بیشتراز 5۰۰ این دیزاین روی کار که است شده وکارشناسی ازدیزاین دارد و درصورتی که پس بند ها جریان میتوانند ها بند ازاین تعداد چه شودکه مشخص ساخت پیرامون هایی برنامه باشند، استفاده قابل وساز آنها آغاز خواهدشد، اما تا کنون وزارت انرژی والیات در کالن بند هفت باالی را کار وآب

مختلف کشورآغاز کرده است.کمتراز شش پیش سال چند که افغانستان مردم استفاده میکردند، در حال برق ازروشنایی در صد حاضر برق درسراسر افغانستان به 3۶ درصد رسیده

و شهر کابل ازجمله شهرهاییست که به صورت ۲4 ساعته برق منظم دارد.

های بند و برق های بند عرصۀ در بازسازی کنون سه تا که است گرفته نیز صورت آبگردان به کوچک برق های بند و آبرسانی شبکۀ هزار صورت مدرن واساسی درسراسرکشوربازسازی شده

و ده ها پروژه نیز زیر کاراست. با برنامه های که وزرات انرژی و آب روی دست دارد تا چهار سال دیگر برق را از شمال به جنوب وصل میکند که با تکمیل شدن این پروژه ها حدود ۶۰ در صد مردم افغانستان از روشنایی برق مستفید

خواهند شد. جناب امیر صاحب، شما از سوی مردم هرات لقب اين که زمانی گرفتید، را )امیر( لقب معنوی به شما داده شد چه احساسی داشتید؟
