SEALFLUX insulates and protects electricalconnections from mechanical abuse and wirepull-out.SEALFLUX provides a tough, environmentfriendly sealed wire connection. Their crimpbarrel or terminal, encased in a rugged nylontubing with a special hot-melt adhesive,resists damage from abresions and cuts.
SEALFLUX retains its flexibility and impact-resistance long after similar products havebecome brittle.The colours of SEALFLUX are coded to easilyidentify the wire diameter, yet they aretransparent for the inspection of the finishedconnection.

SUPERSOLDER is a multi-purpose lowtemperature solder, which joins steel,galvanized steel, copper, brass.SUPERSOLDER is also suitable foraluminium or light alloys, when usingSUPERSOLDER FLUX.SUPERSOLDER gives a 5 times higherstrength than normal soft solder and is 50%harder.
The electrical conductivity is 25% better thanfor normal soft solders. Due to its low meltingtemperature, SUPERSOLDER is very easy toapply and will not deform the base material.SUPERSOLDER has a built-in wetting agent.SUPERSOLDER applications stay shiny, donot corrode, and withstand vibrations.

SUPERSOLDER FLUX is a liquid thatconnects solder aluminium withSUPERSOLDER at low temperature. Due to
its low melting temperature, SUPERSOLDERis easy to use and it will not deform the basematerial.

Applications and use
• Warm up the piece of aluminium evenlywith a welding torch or a hot air gun. Makesure that the piece stays at temperature,either by insulating it maximally between thejaws of a bench-vise, or by placing it onfireproof bricks. Larger pieces have to beinsulated by means of a heat-proof paste.• When sufficient temperature has beenobtained, the flux can be applied on thesurface of the build-up or a joint to be made.The flux will start boiling and will flow at thatmoment.• Keep on warming up the piece evenly andavoid direct contact between the source ofheat and the flux.
• Dip the Supersolder wire in the flux andbring it in contact with the piece of aluminiumor the joint. Always avoid direct contact withthe source of heat. When the requiredtemperature has been obtained,SUPERSOLDER will melt and adhere to thepiece of aluminium with excellent cappillarity.When necessary, add some extra flux fromtime to time.• When the repair, the build-up or the joint isready, let the piece cool off for about 30seconds without moving it, so thatSUPERSOLDER can solidify.• Rinse the piece with water and remove allremainders of the flux with a metal brush.

While it has a high glossy finish, the toughouter packet gives excellent mechanicalstrength with a high resistance to splitting.The high shrinking ratio means that only fivesizes are needed to give protection to a fullrange of irregular shapes with widely varyingapplications.

While it has a high glossy finish, the toughouter packet gives excellent mechanicalstrength with a high resistance to splitting.The high shrinking ratio means that only fivesizes are needed to give protection to a fullrange of irregular shapes with widely varyingapplications.

TOPFLUX consists of a heat-shrinkablepolymeric sleeve containing a spiralwoundcopper cone fitted with a solder ring and asealing ring.TOPFLUX has been developed especially formaking electrical connections, which requirehigh quality, reliability, long life and watertightness.TOPFLUX is very easy to install, the quality ofthe connection can be visually checked and itrequires no special tools.
TOPFLUX comes in four sizes, coded by theinternational colour code system, andsuitable for the most frequent cablediameters.TOPFLUX can be applied on both twisted(flexible) and solid (rigid) conductors, suitablefor copper as well as tinned wires, whethercombined or not.
