Here are a few things you should know… Donations: To be included in the auction catalog we need your donation by March 1, 2016. You can drop off donations in the school office or let us know and we will pick it up. Please complete one form for each donated item. (Donor Form) Raffle: $25 for a Night at the Ritz! Only 100 tickets will be sold, so don’t wait too long, buy your ticket now! Winner need not be present at the auction to win, but we hope you are there! Reservations: Start planning your table now because reservations are requested by March 23rd. Tickets are $55 per person. If you don't have a full table, or would like to be assigned to a table, our Auction committee will be happy to help. (Reservation Form) Ticket(s) for Teachers: A Night on the Town!! All of our Sacred Heart teachers are invited to attend the auction for free! Would you like to help offset this cost by purchasing a ticket for $55 each? You will receive recognition in the catalog (Reservation Form) Advertising: Purchase ad space to promote a business or convey a special or Congratulatory message! (Advertising Form) Sponsor/Underwriter: Stand out as a business, company or family that charitably supports the school by being a sponsor! Sponsorships are available at $1,500, $1,000, $750, and $500 with varying incentive levels. (Sponsor Form) Volunteers: This annual event could not happen without you!
