Problem

Many soldiers are dying because they get wounded, and then do not receive the medical attention they need. For example, a soldier could get shot in an artery in the leg, and die from bleeding out. How could I stop this?

Why is this a problem?

The reason these soldiers are not getting medical attention is because the medical teams don’t know where the wounded soldier is. I want to create a device that can let medical teams know where the soldier is, and reduce the prep time.

My Design

What can it do?

My bot is a drone that will fly around where soldiers are stationed, and scan the area. When it detects a soldier that is wounded it will send pictures of the soldier's wound to the medical teams, along with the soldier’s coordinates.

How will it help?

When my bot sends the pictures and coordinates to the medical teams, the medical teams won’t have to search for the wounded soldiers, which will reduce the amount of time it takes to give the soldiers the medical attention they need. Also, because it sends pictures, they can already have the medical supplies ready for the soldier.

In conclusion

My bot will help soldiers by reducing the amount of time it takes to get to the soldiers and prep to help them, which could potentially save their lives.
