Quick Cash Receipts


Quick Cash Receipts (QCR)

• Enhancement to allow the application of Quick Cash Receipt to: − Credit Memo’s− Unapplied Cash

• This enhancement will also apply the upload of cash receipts via the CRATO object

• Future release – Allow processing of QCR where a remaining amount is to be processed as Unapplied Cash

Customer Statement Enhancements

• Enhanced the Customer Statements and Finance Charge program:− Assign a statement delivery method to a customer− Allow for email of statements to 2 email addresses− AR control:

• Set the statement generation date • Show applied transactions

− Additional selection criteria when printing / emailing statements



• Enhanced the Customer Statements and Finance Charge program:− Improvements in the generation of large / bulk

statement runs − Allow for the re-generation of statements, where

necessary − Additional capability in Customer statement object to

allow for Aged Open Balances on Statements• Standard 30-day aging buckets provided

• Overview− Initiative to move towards more

dynamic reporting− Replace static PDF reports with

configurable drill down SalesForcereports (e.g. Check Register, Print Journal Entries)

− Adding Report Types to allow for users to develop / configure their own reports
