Place the lens order via email to Rodenstock laboratory - [email protected] Email the order directly from the job screen in Sunix or Optomate.

Practice staff search/browse to find the ‘Supply & Fit’ frame in
ProSupply then click on the item from
the list to drill down into the Single Product page.
On the Product Page Practice Staff select Rodenstock
from the Choose Lab
drop-down menu.
Practice Staff fill in the Job Number and Patient Reference (example: 188823
and ‘Mr Jones’) then click on Place Order.
The Order Confirmation screen
pops up. Practice Staff check details
and click Place Order
again to finalise.

Select SAVE and select “Lens Order to supplier”,
