Summary

DFW continues to be a leader in job and population growth by creating 117,800 jobs in the last 12 months.

The district had 184 2Q15 closings, the highest quarter closings since 2006

Vacant developed lot supply remains in good position to sustain new housing growth.

Hays, Shannon and Springer elementary zones have the highest rates of new home activity, representing more than

64% of the total starts for the district.

RISD can expect an increase of approximately 2,066 students during the next 5 years.
