Elementary #15Attendance Zone Parameters
• Neighborhood Unity: Continuation of the neighborhood school concept, attempting to keep “existing phases” of neighborhoods together.
• Student/Family Impact: Consider impact of changing schools and attempt to move fewest number of students possible.
• Facility Utilization: Optimize space for efficient use of buildings to reduce overcrowding in existing schools.
Elementary #15Attendance Zone Parameters
• Future Growth: Consider future developments and projected enrollments. Best efforts will be made to prevent a future redrawing of boundaries.
• Projected Enrollment: Consider projected enrollment at the new school and impacted school(s).
• Transportation Needs: Consider bus routes and time students spend on buses.
• Boundary Lines: Attempt to use natural and man-made boundary lines that are easily communicated.
