From the Pastor’s Desk
TO God be the glory! Indeed, He is the reason for today’s triumphant celebration as we culminate with rejoicing our 31st Church Anniversary. With our grateful hearts filled with jubilation are our
revived spirits overflowing with praises to our Lord Who deserves all the honor for His granted victory.
Once again, this successful event proves our pursuit and perseverance for God’s kingdom-advancement. We then dedicate this milestone in our Church history to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, our divine Founder, Who, with His power, commenced our Church’s existence, which He asserted in Matthew 16:18, “…Upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”
With God Who is our foundation Rock and Church Builder, we can continually advance in performing His will, in praying for His work, in preparing to welcome Him, and in pleasing Him in our worship. By His grace, mercy and love, let us advance in the faith which He has begun in our lives; let us advance in the ministry which He is strengthening through our church participation; and let us advance in our spirituality which is flourishing in our relationship with Him.
My family and I commend you all with joy while we gather for our blessed Church Anniversary’s thanksgiving-festivity. I thank God for your faithfulness to Him. I appreciate your labour for His name, which is not in vain. Together, let us get excited for our 32nd Church Anniversary!
