Independent Distributor Compensation a. Requirements: To become an Independent Distributor with Rocket Fueled LIFE™ you

must complete the application process and pay the $19.99/mo. access fee. Additionally the PRO Marketing System for $16.99 is recommended (but not required). The monthly access fee and PRO Marketing System are sales tools and non-commissionable.

To become a Qualified Independent Distributor you must activate 2 Active Independent Distributors or Active Preferred Customers.

To become an Active Independent Distributor you much achieve a minimum of 50PV which can be achieved through your own product orders for personal consumption or resale or through Preferred Customer orders through your account or through any of your personally sponsored Affiliate accounts.

To receive Preferred Customer pricing for your personal orders you must pay the annual $19.99 preferred customer membership fee.

b. Retail Profit: Both Independent Distributors and their personally sponsored Affiliates can earn retail profits from the sale of Rocket Fueled LIFE™. Retail Profits are achieved through the sale of product at MSRP ($79) or at Preferred Customer pricing ($67). i. E-Commerce Retail Sales: Independent Distributors can earn direct commissions

iii. Offline Sales: Since sharing Rocket Fueled LIFE™ with friends and family is the easiest way to market, distributors can order product for local resale. In some cases the company will request that the Independent Distributor share the name of the purchaser to maintain compliance. Example: Direct Retail Commission at MSRP ($79) - $12.00 (if purchased at Preferred customer pricing)

iv. Wholesale Discounts: Active Independent Distributors can receive a $20 Wholesale

Discount on product orders beyond their first $200 in PV. The Wholesale Discounted Price is $47. Wholesale discounted sales volume skips Direct Sales Commissions & Bronze Team Powerline Commissions, and fuels all other commissions & bonuses. Example: Direct Retail Commission at MSRP ($79) - $32.00 (if purchased at Wholesale Discounted Pricing)

c. Team Powerline Commissions: The global decline and individual fail ratio of traditional multi-tiered affiliate compensation plans can be attributed to the unfair solo responsibility placed on the new marketer who may be starting part time or even spare time. While individual effort must be encouraged and rewarded, often the missing element to “get started” and “take action” is the lack of social proof and social collaboration. No one wants to do any task or chore “all by themselves”.

You can unlock these banked commissions through personal sales (10% of PSV) and your Platinum & Gold Powerline Team sales (2% of PV) five levels deep.

Up to 20% of total PV is paid into Bronze Powerline Team commissions.

v. Silver Powerline Team: Your Silver Powerline Team is created by all of the

Independent Distributors placed in your 2x16 Binary Tree from anyone in your upline. This is called “spillover” and can help foster a powerful and rewarding team environment. You earn on your Silver Powerline Team and Gold Powerline Team together. (see details below)

vi. Gold Powerline Team: Your Gold Powerline Team is created by all of the Independent Distributors placed in your 2x16 Binary Tree from anyone you personally sponsored and their lineage. Example: You enroll John Smith, since John Smith is personally sponsored by you, John Smith is part of your Platinum Powerline Team. If John Smith sponsors Suzy Jones, she is part of your Gold Powerline Team. Anyone that Suzy Jones sponsors, and anyone they sponsor are all part of your Gold Powerline Team.





You could earn up to $200,000 per month as your 2x16 Binary Tree begins to fill, capped according to Rank. Up to 26% of total PV is paid into Silver & Gold Powerline Team commissions. (see rank chart below)

vii. Platinum Powerline Team: All your personally sponsored Independent Distributors create your Platinum Powerline Team. You can earn 20% Retail Direct Commissions (based on PV) on their product purchase(s). You could also qualify to earn Leadership Matching Bonuses through rank. (see rules below)

d. Leadership Matching Bonuses: Perhaps the most powerful element to our marketing and compensation plan; the Leadership Matching Bonuses empower the Independent Distributor, according to rank, to earn to unlimited depth. Sapphire Ranked Independent Distributors and above could earn a 25%, 50% or 100% check match on the Silver & Gold Powerline Team commissions of their Platinum Team (personally sponsored Independent Distributors). (see rank chart below) Example: A Diamond Ranked Independent Distributor with 5 personally sponsored members earning $1,000 a month in Silver & Gold Powerline Team commissions will earn a 50% check match for leadership. 5 x $500 = $2,500 Leadership Matching Bonus (monthly)

e. Luxury Car Bonuses: Achieving and maintaining the Rank of Diamond or above qualifies

Sales Volume: Each product sold is assigned a commissionable sale volume. i.e. a 30 serving tub of Rocket Fueled Energy that retails for $79 has a Sales Volume of 50PV.

PSV: PSV refers to personal sales volume. This is calculated during the commissionable period based on all personal product order (for personal use or resale) sales volume and the sales volume of any online retail sales and/or Preferred Customers. Personal Affiliate sales volume also builds your PSV.

TSV: TSV refers to your team’s sales volume.

Gold TSV: This refers to team sales volume from your Gold Powerline Members (resulting from your own direct efforts, not spillover)

Active: To be considered, an Independent Distributor or Preferred Customer must have an order within the commissionable period.

Qualified: An Independent Distributor is considered Qualified when they have achieved 2 Active Independent Distributors or PC (Preferred Customers) within the commissionable period. If qualifying with Preferred Customers and not Independent Distributors the sales volume from the 1st two PC is excluded from your PSV.

Retail Customer: A retail customer is someone that buys products either online or offline, and has yet to register as an Affiliate, Independent Distributor, or Preferred Customer. A retail customer purchases at the MSRP of $79.

Preferred Customer: A customer that has paid the $19.99 annual Preferred Customer Membership Fee within the last 12 months and placed at least one (1) product order in this time-frame.





Bronze Powerline Team: The moment someone decides to take action and become an Independent Distributor with Rocket Fueled LIFE they are assigned a position in our global Rocket Powerline. Each Independent Distributor that joins afterwards falls into their Bronze Powerline Team. Bronze Team Banked Powerline commissions are unlocked with personal sales volume and team sales volume.

Silver Powerline Team: Anyone that is placed in your powerline from your upline is assigned to your Silver Powerline Team.

Gold Powerline Team: Anyone that is placed in your powerline from the lineage of your personally sponsored Independent Distributors is assigned to your Gold Powerline Team. (Personally sponsored Independent Distributors are excluded as they are Platinum Team.)

Platinum Powerline Team: All of your personally sponsored Independent Distributors are assigned to your Platinum Powerline Team.

Pay Schedule: Affiliates & Independent Distributors earn commissions weekly. The pay week is calculated from (12:01am PST Sunday to Saturday midnight PST). Pay is released the second Friday after the close of the pay week.
