Brief Project Description: Project intended to provide proper illumination along Hansell Ave.,to improve safety where lots of foot traffic with dormitories and dining facility along the area.Scope includes installation of new Light Poles (UFGS 26 56 13.00 40 compliant and rated 190mph per AASHTO LTS 5) with LED Fixtures (150W, 480 V) and high efficiency luminaries.Trenching works for power supply distribution including provision of new dry type step uptransformer complete with appurtenances for its power supply.

Brief Project Description: Project intended to replace part of the existing 8 inch gravity sewerline and sewer manholes at the upstream side of Sewer Lift Station No. 4. The replacementincludes new 8 inch PVC for sewer lines and pre cast concrete manhole base, walls, cone, andrings with cast iron frame and cover.

DUTIES AS QUALITY CONTROLMANAGER:

Coordinate all works with the Facility End users to ensure smooth execution of work withoutinterrupting the Operations of the Facilities.Attends/participates in Design, Pre con meetings and coordination meetings with end user'sandGovernment Representatives.Implements the Three Phase of Control for each Definable Features of Work and documentsPrep & initial Phase meetings.

Ensures that all submittals and drawings are complying to the specifications and contractrequirements; have been reviewed and approved by the DOR and accepted by the Governmentprior to any start of construction.Retain a copy of approved submittals at project site, including Contractor's copy of approvedsamples.Conducts regular QC inspections and direct immediate stoppage and removal of defective workitem. QC inspection log shall be kept on file/maintained.Conducts Regular Quality Control Meetings with the Government representatives, Designers,suppliers and prepare minutes of meetings.Prepare Daily Quality Control Report and submit them to the Government with the DailyProductionReports.Update As built Drawings Daily and maintain an up to date copy on site.Coordinate all factory and on site testing, Testing Laboratory personnel, QC Specialists, and anyother inspection and testing personnel required by the Contract.Assure that all applicable tests, special inspections, and observations required by the contract areperformed.Maintain rework log on site, noting dates deficiency identified, and date corrected.Prepare and facilitates close out documents after project completion. (As built drawings, DD1354,keys, OMSI Manuals, etc.)Updates and notify the Contracting Officer of any proposed changes to the QC plan.Perform Punch out and participate in Pre final and Final Inspections. Submit list of deficiencies tothe Contracting Officer for each inspection. DUTIES AS SITE SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER/SSHO:

Ensure that all necessary coordination is made with the Facility end users so the employeesoccupying the facility are not exposed to construction hazards.Be on site at all times whenever work or testing is being performed.Manage and implement the Safety and Health Plan of the Project. (APP's and AHA's)Attend the pre construction conference, preparatory/initial phasemeetings includingother periodic in progress meetings.Ensure that all employees including vendors and sub contractors are complying/observing Safetyand Health requirements and policies.Conduct daily safety and health inspections at jobsite and documents all safety inspectionperformed..Conduct mishap investigations and complete required reports.
