A different road profile was generated, based on that vehicle model is simulated for various driven conditions and analyzed durability of a vehicle. PROJECT EXPERIANCE The kinematic, dynamic and design optimization of commercial robot for milling application is carried out in MD ADAMS. A co-simulation in this MAT LAB is used to control the optimization loop and the MD ADAMS Run. The conventional milling cutting force model is revised for robot milling and used in the simulation to the joint and as optimization criteria. MINI PROJECT EXPERIENCE A 3D model of gear cutting fixture is modeled and production drawing (drafting, dimensioning and bill of materials) is generated using CATIA V5R20 as per the requirements. GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT (2011-13) During my post graduation I taught course to under graduate students in the SKP Centre for Virtual and Advanced Design Studies, SKP Engineering College, Tiruvannamalai. Course-I: Geometric Modeling for Engineering Applications (CATIA) Topics: Sketching, Constraints, Transformations, Boolean operations, Geometric Dimensioning, part design assembly and drafting. Course-II: MD ADAMS Topics: Basic modeling, function builder, solver, simulation, kinematic, dynamic, static analysis, optimization. SPECIALTIES Structural Analysis Vehicle performance analysis by ADAMS/Car Kinematic and dynamic virtual simulation in mechanical systems. Multibody Dynamics of rigid systems.
