Siksika Nation Police Service ( Seconded from the RCMP ) Responsible for the overall operation of the Siksika Nation Police Service. Supervision of all staff i.e.: Constables, Support Staff, and civilian personnel. Liaise with numerous government agencies i.e.: Federal and Provincial Judicial bodies, RCMP, Siksika Chief and Council and the Siksika Nation Police Commission. Selected Achievements Rebuilt marginalized Police Service for the large Aboriginal Community. Identified deficiencies, met with the stakeholders; recommended changes in Policy and Procedures; sold changes across organization to both internal and external customers. Results: Achieved a fully functional Police Service which stabilized the Community.
