Atlanta BeltLine - Atlanta, GA ABI 2008The Atlanta BeltLine is the largest urban redevelopment currently underway in the U.S. The BeltLine will combine greenspace, trails, transit, and new development along 22 miles of historic rail segments encircling Atlanta’s urban core. 2 Developed a database and GIS maps showing the intersection of the Atlanta Capital Improvement Program and the Atlanta BeltLine transportation improvement needs. 2 Produced a list of capital projects, researched the status of project development, and provided financial analyses to support budgeting and public relation efforts. 2 Researched Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design policy and procedure. 2 Located potential projects on the BeltLine eligible for the Safe Routes to School grant. 2 Drafted master plan summary documents for Sub Area 9. 2 Developed a project logo for the Environmental Impact Statement. 2 Provided support at master planning and EIS community engagement meetings.

Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Transportation Plan - Greenhills, OH UC 2008 Greenhills, Ohio, commissioned the University of Cincinnati Transportation Planning Studio to draft a village circulation plan. 2 Analyzed village history, urban form, existing conditions, and population demographics. 2 Identified and assessed village transit facilities, circulation and travel patterns, and current usage of bicycle and walking trails. 2 Conducted community engagement and stakeholder meetings. 2 Researched federal, state, and metropolitan funding sources. 2 Drafted long and short term recommendations for pedestrian, bicycle, bus, and personal automotive transportation improvements and additions.

Greene County Regional Airport Growth Plan - Xenia, OH UC 2009The Greene County Regional Airport commissioned the University of Cincinnati Comprehensive Planning Studio to draft a comprehensive growth plan. 2 Focused on site strategy and design. 2 Researched airport and runway expansions, regulations, and requirements. 2 Prepared master plan program, spatial layout, design guidelines, and hand renderings. 2 Developed street typology options and renderings that incorporated automotive traffic, pedestrian and bicycle trails, bio-filtration swales, and green spaces.

Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution - Torrington, WY DLR 2005 350,000 sf medium custody general population facility comprised of 674 beds, plus 46 non-capacity management cells. 2 Developed construction documents including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, mechanical plans, interior and exterior elevations, and building sections. 2 Detailed security wall typologies in plan and section. 2 Diagramed security zones and designated security wall type and placement. 2 Created door, window, and finish schedules. 2 Analyzed building for ADA compliance.

IAC Headquarters – New York, NY STUDIOS 2007165,000 sf of interior architecture in the nine story Frank Gehry-designed signature office building brings together more than sixty diversified brands under one roof. 2 Frank Gehry design architect. 2 Inspected completed projects and created punchlists.

MSN Office – New York, NY STUDIOS 2007Multi-floor interior architecture: general office, entry, multi-media, conference, and café space renovation. 2 Participated in sd and dd and performed project site analysis and precedent research. 2 Constructed physical study models and prepared client presentation images. 2 Participated in client and consultant meetings and MSN design project unveiling party.

Betty H. Fairfax High School – Phoenix, AZ DLR 2005345,000 sf campus serves 2,400 students and clusters classrooms into small learning communities (SLC) on a unified site. Gucci Retail Stores – North America STUDIOS 2007Interior architectural design of North American retail stores: customer service, fitting rooms, lighting, cabinetry, and display shelving units. 2 Collaborated with project architects to design and detail merchandise display shelving units, fitting rooms, and lighting design. 2 Created axonometric drawings of merchandise shelving and display. 2 Researched project materials.

2 Park Avenue - New York, NY STUDIOS 2007Interior architecture and historic renovations update the entry-level façade, retail space, lobby, lighting, and sidewalks of a landmark building. 2 Measured existing conditions and created existing condition drawings. 2 Created exploded axonometric drawings of historic façade intervention. 2 Created presentation imagery for proposal meetings.

ASU Gymnastics Training Center – Phoenix, AZ DLR 2005$2 million state-of-the-art gymnastics practice field house with sports medicine, locker room, shower, public restroom, and meeting facilities. 2 Participated in on-site and in-office construction administration, coordinated with construction management teams, responded to RFI’s, and created punchlists. 2 Evaluated construction method options and visited pre-cast concrete factory.

Exhale Spa – Various Locations STUDIOS 2007Develop the rollout of the Exhale urban spa concept. Each spa is 12,000 sf and includes treatment, yoga, changing rooms, lounge, and retail components. 2 MR Architecture + Décor design architect. 2 Collaborated with interior designers on alterations to materials and spatial layouts.

NY Jets Training/Corporate Center – Florham Park, NJ STUDIOS 2007$75 million facility occupies 217,561 sf and includes five turf football fields, two-story office building, auditorium, classrooms, owner’s suite, corporate hospitality wing, medical facilities, and a 12,000 sf weight room and locker room. 2 SOM design architect. 2 Participated in sd and dd. Developed plan, elevation, furniture, and material alternatives. 2 Prepared and updated images, renderings, and graphic presentation layouts for client. 2 Aided in material selection and the creation of material display boards.
