Residential System Configuration

As a custom-assembler of water conditioning systems, we can offer an almost unlimited variety of equipment. It’s impossible to include prices for all the variations in this catalog.

Instead, we’ve listed a standard version of each water conditioning package as related to each control valve. For available options designed to custom-tailor our standard water conditioners to fit your exact needs, follow each of the price pages. You can develop a total retail price for your specific unit by taking the unit price and adding or deducting the options of your choice.

Since most of our units, regardless of the valve selected, are similar in tank size, mineral quality, flow rates and such, the chart below can be used in selecting the proper size unit for your job.

Fleck 5600 Automatic Softener Systems Combines rugged glass-reinforced Noryl construction with modular design which makes disassembly

quick and easy. Seven cycles with adjustable brine flow is efficient and reliable. Flow rates up to 20 gpm. Backwash capacity handles up to 12" diameter softeners. Fleck 6700XTR Electronic Meter Systems The Fleck 6700 XTR valve features a solid-state microprocessor with user-friendly front panel. LED

status indicators display time of day, usable capacity remaining and regeneration cycle in progress. Choose from three modes of operation: immediate regeneration, delayed meter regeneration or delayed time clock regeneration with fully-adjustable down-flow regeneration cycles. Also features diagnostics displays. Backwash capacity handles tanks up to 12˝ diameter for softener applications. A high impact UV stable, flame retardant polycarbonate protective hood is pressure sealed for added protection against moisture, dust and dirt. Standard 9V alkaline battery backup. Fleck 5800 Electronic Meter Systems The 5800 SXT control valve is simple to service, as the valve has very few moving parts as well as

using snap together plates and a single programming board. A LCD backlit display helps programming in low light conditions. The control setup of capacity, regeneration time, and days override is quick and easy. The SXT controller also allows for additional programming of up to 20 different cycle steps. The valve boasts excellent service rates (21 GPM continuous, 27 GPM peak) and backwash flow rate (17 GPM @ 25psi ΔP). Additional features include a fast positioning reversible 10,000 RPM 12 volt DC drive motor, single piece seal and spacer cartridge, soft water refill, precision cycle positioning, and time of day backup for up to 12 hours.
