Who We are…

Residence for Patriots Foundation was formed to enable active duty military & veterans to purchase homes at a discount-to-market. The result will be twofold 1) give-back to those who have given to this nation- our military servicemen and women; and 2) rebuild communities across the nation. Through our strategic relationships & involvement with organizations that have similar goals in assisting the United States into recovery & revival of its’ land and of its people. Nationwide relationships and creative methods are allowing RFPF to focus on neighborhood revitalization and provide military housing. Comprised of senior executives who have managed, developed, and built institutional sized portfolios/projects over the last 40 years with an aggregate value of work performed that total in the billions of dollars. Our focus has been and will always be to restore new life to the neighborhoods, create jobs, and ‘Give-Back’ to the heroes of this nation.
